There is zero excuse for messing up somebody’s food intentionally that they paid for, even more so when that person gave you zero issues. You are open 24 hours, I don’t care what time I show up, I expect the food I pay for. There is zero reason I should open my quarter pounder and have it covered in onions, so much so that you can’t even see the burger beneath it. Careless employees that somehow make fast food look difficult.

This place was not that bad. The place was clean and the servers were nice. But they got my order wrong twice. I asked for 2 vanilla shakes and 1 strawberry. 2 small one medium. Also one vanilla no wiped cream. The order was slow for a few items. Then I got 2 strawberries not 2 vanilla. The one vanilla had wiped cream and they were all smalls. Like how do you get a small order so wrong. I told them what they got wrong and gladly fixed it.but still the 1 vanilla was still a small. So I had them get that changed. But since they were so nice apologized many times. In all nice place not well order taking

McDonalds HQ Restaurant was a wonderful experience. I brought my daughter and her friend age 10 to see the headquarters and experience international foods from McDonalds.

Ordered a 40 piece chicken nuggets from Uber eats, only received 2 honey mustard dipping sauces ( requested 6) for 40 nuggets. Threw half my nuggets away, because I had no sauce.

The absolute worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I go here because it’s close to my location, but every time I regret it. They always mess up the order from old/cold food to missing items to the wrong items. The management doesn’t care and does nothing about it. Please go somewhere else because the whole staff have no clue how to work at mcdonalds

**STAY AWAY** I never received my doordash order and was waiting for over 30 minutes. They closed the lobby 20 minutes early as well. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The lady lied and told me my order was coming when it never did and was seriving others before me after telling me to go to the 2nd window. Also, other people beeping their horns in the drive through.

Worst unapologetic associates I have ever experienced. They clearly have no structure or process and run the place however they see fit. The equipment is always broken, last night the soda machine was broken, previously the ice cream machine was broken. I was told since soda machine was down I had to go inside. Once inside the staff was to busy socializing and didn’t greet or take order until well into 4 minutes. No apology or thanking for business. The dine in area was gross. Tables and floors with spills and garbage. The trash bins overfilled. Than to top it off the staff left bread outside near a wheelbarrow where they place garbage that has to be thrown out.

Terrible Experience. First off ordered food not in a lunch rush or anything then this worker tells me to go forward to wait after giving me the drinks. I pull forward and then about 10 cars got there food before me and it was almost 20 minutes. Go inside and complain why my food took so long! They sit there and don’t believe me and the worker who gave me the drink is smiling in the back. I go back to my car and get my receipt and then wait in another line and after all this they finally believe me and the manager i believe says to me want a few cookies to make up and i say sure and then he says okay i will give a few and takes my food bag back again and another five minute wait well he says to me we are preparing the cookies then he eventually hands me the bag and says enjoy the cookies! So i go back to my car finally and then get home and i check the bag and there is NO cookies! Overall terrible experience won’t be going again…
