As one person in a party of 4 carry out, I ordered a Cobb Salad on 1/10/26 that was only half full. I worked out of town in Walhalla, SC for 6 years and dined there every week. The food was always fresh and plentiful. The bread is removed in the photo to show just the salad.

The food was delicious. Loved the kids grilled cheese and the fries were splendid. The only problem was the drink cups were filled to the top with ice and there wasn’t really any drink at all. I paid too much for such little drink.

Terrible experience tonight..did a pickup order online. When I got there, they told me that their system had froze so it would be an additional 10 minute wait. After the 10 minutes, it was another 15 minutes waiting in line. Just for the food to be cold when I received it. No apology for the wait.

When a customer have a bad experience, you should do what is needed to make sure they are satisfied. My salad was not measured out correctly. I didn’t even get full from it. When salad cost as much as it does there, I should be full afterwards. I usually am when it is fixed right. What should have happen today, with good customer service, management should have apologized and offered me another salad. I have pictures to prove it as well.
