This is why PAL’s is kicking your teeth in at breakfast nowadays. I was so excited to see the cinnamon raisin biscuit, I guess they’ve been gone or something, I had no idea. But when I open the box… it’s cold and the icing is just a glob on the top, also lukewarm. The guy at the drive thru window was nice and very helpful. I forgot my wallet and had to pay with my phone, which he did for me, no problem. But one cold biscuit and a hard sausage egg biscuit kind of turned the experience for me. Hardee’s isn’t the breakfast king around here anymore. Maybe this is why? You guys still have customers who want to come to your place, but you gotta do better with the food. That is, after all, what we are coming for.

Today is my second consecutive visit to this location, where items were left off the order. I almost always order online to streamline the ordering process, but what’s the point of ordering online when the order regularly gets made incorrectly. The service at one time was horrible, then got better, now is declining again. Another issue I have is that I am looked at like I’m the problem, when I can show the receipt to prove what was ordered. The reason I gave 2 stars and not 1, is because the food was really good once I received the correct items, and even though the service was quick, I didn’t receive all items ordered.

This location has improved dramatically! The restaurant is cleaner, and the food and service are great. Susan has a good crew. One of them was Collin . He’s was constantly doing something in the back and she was working the front and drive thru diligently. They knew their jobs and performed them with excellence.

Susan and Collin were awesome and fast. They not only kept up with the drive-thru but assisted me with speed and diligence, but also kindness and welcoming attitudes. Susan informed me that chicken wraps were on sell 2 for 5$ and upsold me on a drink and side. Upon payment she said I could have a seat and she would bring my food to me. When Susan brought my food to me she asked with a smile if there was anything else she could help me with.

Truly disappointed in the food quantity that has obviously changed. My wife and I have frequented this location for years. Ordered breakfast platters as usual. My wife had the bacon. To our surprise there was only 1 piece, assuming this was a mistake I went back to the counter to ask. The cashier said the bacon platters only come with one piece of bacon. This is definitely different since we have gotten the bacon platters for years, it always had 2 or 3 pieces. Hardee’s has lost our business for good.

The employees really know how to make you feel welcome. Everybody is full of smiles, and seem to be very outgoing. I love the energy here. Food was just right. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!!

Every time I have been into the Hardee’s here in Jefferson City the people are always so sweet I’ve not met a rude person yet at this Hardee’s in Jefferson City love the service love how sweet they are to their customers and how well mannered they are I suggest if you want to eat anywhere and you want good customer service and people to be sweet and nice to you come to the Hardee’s in Jefferson City

Go here usually on weekends. They keep getting worse. Waited in drive through for extend amout of time. Did not even acknowledge I was there. 16 dollars for breakfast. When I pulled he said they just got opened. At 930 am. Very disappointed in food.pictures to follow.

Had the breakfast platter this morning. While preparing to eat my biscuit I saw a hair sticking out of the top. I took the biscuit back to the counter to show the cashier. She called for the young man who was apparently the manager. I showed him the hair in the biscuit, but his body language was made it obvious that he didn’t believe me. The hair was clearly baked into the biscuit. Rather than being courteous and conciliatory, he was rude. My husband and I are regular customers. This young man needs to learn some people skills.
