Service is a bit slow even though the restaurant was not busy. We had to wait for our drinks for a while. Caleb was very nice and attentive after noticing our services was lacking. The food tasted good very filling.

This was a while back. My server was okay, went a bit after they opened so I wasn’t too upset as they were a little busy but I believed they only had two servers on and a manager came by and didn’t say anything about the mess on the table. No one removed plates and no one stay long enough at the table so I couldn’t ask to remove them. The shrimp alfredo still had the tails on them?! This place is too expensive for that, but I understand they are jumbo. 3/5.

Food was great, staff was friendly and inviting…however the ladies restroom was beyond dirty. Also, the booth fabric was so dirty you can’t tell what color it really is. The corporate office need to invest in having them shampooed at least every 6 months. What I saw hadn’t even been wiped down anytime recently.

I love red lobster especially on the endless shrimp days that’s my go too especially the Jumbo coconut shrimp. I am very dissatisfied with my last three visits 2 to this location and the one on Bay Area because I’ve been told they have been sold out on Jumbo coconut shrimp and this has been on all three occasions. Waitress advised that that particular shrimp was not available for the endless shrimp when it was clearing on the endless shrimp menu for Mondays. The alternative is sorry they offer you the bites. They taste like freezer and they more like nibbles to me if I’m honestly speaking. Twice I went on a Monday early afternoon and once mid afternoon but when they had it everyday. I hope they don’t change up the recipe to this because heck no. The “new” dragon shrimp was even bigger than this. Restaurant also has a bad smell in the back part on the far right side I honestly hate sitting any where near there.

Biscuits were cold and hard. Finally got food after waiting for our food. Waiter came back and asked if we got food. When we stated no, he came back with our food. My Shrimp Alfredo noodles were hard and dried along the bowl edges. Will not be returning to this location. None of our food was hot at all. Not worth the money at all.
