They give you old food. They we will re fry old food and serve it to you. Fries even tasted like old grease. I ordered a 4pc chicken fries they re fried it couldn’t even chew into it. You can tell it was re fried by the white color. I work in the food industry. Can’t fool me. How lazy to not even pop in fresh ones? Then they didn’t even give me my full four. They gave me two and then random pieces of a chicken fry.

Waited in drive-thru over 10 mins watching them play around, asked for 1 extra sauce when I received my order, girl said it was 27 cents extra… and my order wasn’t even right… never going to this one again! Charter Way BK is 100% better service and won’t try and scam u on some sauce.

I can’t recommend this BK. It was dirty inside, the restroom was horrid and smelled like urine. Its obvious they don’t use bleach or proper disinfectant They got my order wrong. They charged me .50 for a ranch packet when I bought 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, 3 fries, 1 chicken king and onion rings. So make sure you double check before you leave! It was incredibly slow with barely anyone even there. The workers don’t seem to care about the look of the place nor do they take pride on how they make the food. My food was just thrown together. One cheeseburger had so much ketchup and the other one barely any, the fries and onion rings were only 2/3 full. I have never given 1 star before, if there was an option for 0 stars i would have gave it a 0.

Had an excellent experience at this Burger King! The customer service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, and very helpful. My order was fresh, hot, and tasted delicious. It’s clear this team cares about quality and making their customers feel welcome. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for convenient takeout with great service.

Normally, this place is honestly just okay. It’s never been great but never really bad either. There’s always something that needs maintenance here and whoever owns the building gives off the impression they just don’t care or don’t have the money to fix it which feels surprising considering this place always seems to have business. (Note: no ice in machines since their ice machine is broken. The soda machines had little to no syrup. One just didn’t work. Seat I’m sitting in is wobbly. Hash browns were waay too salty. Breakfast sandwiches were super messy and lopsided.) The crew here rotates regularly and none seem to really care about the place but they tend to be nice and polite and helpful. There tends to be a decent amount local homeless people who go through on the regular as well but that’s more a problem with the street than the place. Bathrooms tend to be clean but usually in need of some repairs. The dining room is pretty nice and spacious though. Everything considered, it’s a place to eat but if you have the time to go to a different Burger King, I would advise it. At least it’s nearby kind of? I hope they work on it because I love this place and have fond memories. It’s just too bad they haven’t.

Seems they don’t care about giving you warm, stale food that almost comes to $20.00 at this location. Soggy bread, stale fries and cold onion rings. Either shut the place down or hire new workers because it’s totally ridiculous to waste folks money like this. I would not recommend the wilson way location because this seems to be an ongoing problem and my last time eating there.

When I tell you don’t eat here I mean it, I literally seen with my own eyes a huge in the lobby and nobody seems to notice exept me. I wish I would of taken a picture but couldn’t since it was crawling towards a family eating and I didn’t want to make them uncomfortable. God knows how many roaches could be in the cooking stations if a roach this huge goes unnoticed.

Never get what I pay for always get my order wrong. It’s not the first time! Charge a lot, pay and get the lower cost version. What are we doing about this Burger King make a change or make sure you train your employees right.

Service was very very good so I first went in a while back been back in a couple of times since then different people incredible service I don’t know what it is I think they just know how to hire the right people because every time I go into the service it’s incredible I’m talkin five star for a Burger King on Wilson Way in Stockton California this place is a jewel that people just don’t seem to understand the food is okay but the service what brings me back this is an update service is still good but the place is starting to slide down hill if you know what I mean haunted a Whopper Junior they had no tomato but go figure I saw some tomatoes on the floor and french fries and paper bags it’s getting kind of bad on the east side at this particular Burger King okay this is an update they just remodeled a few months ago and it’s a lot better than their now this would be the Wilson Way store and they are keeping the homeless out a little bit of them come in to get something to eat well that’s a good thing either way it’s better now

I ordered the new BBQ pork burger, didn’t get that! The young man at the drive through window didn’t speak much English. The entire experience wasn’t worth it. The food (after taking the first bite, threw it away). The service was horrible, so I’ll NEVER go there again. Good luck to anyone who goes to the BK on Wilson Way, Stockton, CA.
