order 2 grilled cheese burritos and a large dr pepper for my lunch break, thru the app, i get to the window and the worker says “it’s your lucky day he gave you cinnamon twist” like yeah that’s cool and all, but where is my other burrito i don’t want cinnamon twist, if i did i would’ve order them, i wanted 2 burritos and only got 1, so management, how we are gonna fix this?

We were the only customers in the drive-thru or inside. Stopped here on the way back to DFW. They completely messed up an order that was correct on the receipt but not in the bag. We had to detour back 5 miles to fix it. Food was terrible. I mean I know it’s Taco Bell but look at this pitiful taco in the picture.

A decent taco bell, taco got made wrong twice. After the first time I asked they just put the missing ingredients in a small cup and I would put it on myself, but they wanted to remake it and ended up putting on ingredients I did not want on it. I gave up on it and ate the rest of my meal which was good.

Let’s start with the two orders of nacho fries that I received. Each order contain less than a half of a box of fries. I thought maybe you know fries fall out in a bag so they’ll be at the bottom of the bag nope not the case. Are the employees purposely giving out less than half order of fries so that they can eat the fries themselves? But wait it gets better, ordered a Mexican pizza included the photo of that and as you can tell the box was completely smashed upon delivery. It was at the bottom of the bag of food I ordered underneath everything else & another waste of money. ordered a Doritos taco and it wad completely smashed to pieces. ordered a mango drink and it was disgusting advice clean your brake machines!!!!!!!!!

Hello to all who read this for those of us who live in Longview Texas know there are three Taco Bells in the area this one in particular when you order a combo that is a boxed meal and other orders that is not a boxed meal I guess I don’t believe in boxes because they hear everything in one bag so now I get to go home and figure out which is which so if anybody wants Taco Bell I recommend the one on Marshall Street other thing in common is that if you order through the app at this particular location even though your app says they’re making the food they still clean the waiting for the order to come through the employees are nice

If I walk into an establishment and there are NO customers and no one in the drive through the facility needs to be CLEAN! 7 dirty tables and trash on the floor and in the parking lot. Trash on the floor in the kitchen as well and every employee is on their phone.

After church, grabbed lunch through the drive through. The food quality is poor. I had a $40 order. The steak quesadilla literally had 8 pieces of meat. Yes, I counted. It was mainly tortilla. The burrito supreme hardly had anything in it. The food doesn’t taste or have the quality it used to. Feels like I wasted money here. Process through the drive thru was precise and fast, however window clerk whom was a male did not give off welcoming energy.

Just came in here to grab some fries and fiesta potatoes for lunch. Everything came out fresh and better than I have had in A LONG TIME. I haven’t been to this location in years. Y’all did the damn thing with this food. Thank you! You guys made my lunch awesome.
