Went around 8-9ish and the food and customer service was a 10/10. Titianna was our server and she was very attentive. We were seated within 1 minute. Drinks came out fast. My husband loved his wings with no breading and chili sauce. I enjoyed the okra appetizer (a great portion) and the shrimp gumbo was very meaty and delicious. I loved my crab boil with ramen, shrimp, and green mussels which are larger and more meaty. My husband loved his crab boil with sausage and shrimp too. Overall this was a great experience. I can’t wait to go back and try their oysters (they have some good deals)

I remembered when Juicy Seafood first came. It used to be more efficient now the bartender the older woman has the worst attitude.., take forever to make a simple strawberry margarita.., I don’t want my food before my drink. The atmosphere used to be so warm and welcoming now they blasting the music you can’t have a decent conversation much rather thought. If I’m paying for my the food and drinks it should at least be welcome. I feel horrible because I didn’t tip but it was the worse thing ever.

We stopped by and go some food to go. The young lady who took our order was polite and efficent. All of the employees we interacted with were very cordial and friendly. The wait time was awesome. Our food was ready around 15mins. The food smelled great. We got 2 seafood bags #1 and #4. Also ordered a shrimp po-boy with regular fries and a order of fried shrimp with cajun fries and a order of onion rings. The seasoning was good and the food taste great. The bags were good, the seasoning was spot on, just wish there was more seafood in the bag. The shrimp po-boy only came with 4 shrimp so most of the sandwich was bread! Definitely wouldn’t order the shrimp po-boy again. Also would not order the onion rings again. They were fried to hard and not very good! Not a bad visit, just not a good to going forward for seafood!

We were on our way back to AL from TX and decided to stop by. The food was so yummy. We ordered mozzarella sticks for appetizer. The seafood boil was so delicious. I ordered shrimp and crab legs made with the juicy special seasoning. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the service. There was a point where we didn’t see our waitress for a really long time and we had run out of drink, otherwise the food itself was really great.

Everything was great and our server Lexi was awesome! She made sure that we got our food and appetizers quickly and even stopped to chat with my daughter and I for a minute. My daughter told her she was a picky eater and Lexi helped her make her selection. We will be back for the Ramen!!!

This is by far the coolest Seafood restaurant I’ve ever visited, and I live in the Ocean State of Rhode Island. The atmosphere is amassing, but not as amazing as the boils they serve. Get the “juicy special” it’s out of this world. The food is DELICIOUS. It comes out in a bag filled with whatever you would like. I got the Super Special which comes with Snow Crab, shrimp, sausage, potatoes and hard boiled eggs. The service is fantastic and fun. Make a trip there, you will find your newest favorite restaurant.

The food was amazing! Service on the other hand was not. We were greeted by hostess, when a server came by and said she could be sat. So we were seated immediately after walking in, but we sat without drinks for 7-8 mins. We weren’t greeted by our server. She just immediately asked if we were ready to order. My brother and my boyfriend sat without drinks for basically their entire meals. We will be going back, I just hope service is better next time.

Seafood bag with crab legs was way too salty. Server was nice, helpful, and attentive. Staff in the front weren’t as welcoming or helpful. They just stand there waiting for you to approach them, but it can be hard to know who to go to when they were swamped like the evening I went. I’ll continue making my own seafood boils at home. Better quality and quantity that way.

My most recent visit to this location was wholly unacceptable and profoundly disappointing. The wait staff conducted themselves in an overtly disrespectful and unprofessional manner, speaking to me in a tone that was dismissive, confrontational, and entirely inappropriate for a customer-facing establishment.

Most concerning, one particular staff member—who appeared to be in a disarray
—addressed me in a manner that was overtly threatening and intimidating, escalating the situation rather than attempting to resolve it. Equally troubling was the complete lack of managerial leadership. A manager—who appeared inexperienced—was present during this interaction and failed to intervene, de-escalate, or address the situation in any meaningful way. This omission demonstrated a glaring deficiency in supervision, accountability, and staff training.

As a direct result of this encounter, I felt unsafe, humiliated, and deeply uncomfortable. Despite having already paid, I felt compelled to leave the restaurant without my food. No customer should ever feel coerced into abandoning a paid order due to hostility or intimidation.

Having patronized this location for an extended period, it is evident that the standard of service has deteriorated significantly. This experience reflects a systemic breakdown in professionalism and operational oversight. I strongly urge ownership and upper management to address these issues immediately, as this level of conduct is unacceptable and damaging to the establishment’s reputation.

I took my mom today for Mothers Day. They had a wonderful special I plan to take her again next year if it’s Gods will we truly enjoyed it. The food was delicious . Our waitress Braylynn was amazing she said it was only her 3rd day working I was totally blown away she was very attentive and knowledgeable. My experience was fantastic! Thank you Braylynn for the great service..10-10 Highly recommend !!
