I had such a great experience at Shiki Sushi! The food was seriously amazing. I ordered the chicken katsu, and it was so good — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. The rice was perfectly cooked and honestly some of the best rice I’ve had.
The calamari was the best calamari I’ve ever had. It was crispy, fresh, and cooked just right. I loved it so much!
The person who served our table was very kind and did a really good job taking care of us. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
Overall, I definitely recommend Shiki Sushi. Great food, great service, and a really good atmosphere. I’ll for sure be coming back! ✨
I came in right when they had a power outage, which only lasted about 10 minutes (Costco was also out). All of their systems were down but instead of turning me away and making me waste a drive, they manually took my order and one of the employees (Alexandra) offered to let me pay her through Venmo.
My food was out in less than 10 minutes and both of my sushi rolls were fresh (rainbow roll) and warm (golden whitman roll). There are not many places who can beat the sushi here.
Staff was very attentive, stopping by to make sure I had everything I needed and all staff members were kind with good attitudes towards all customers.
The atmosphere is really cute, they have on theme wall art and once the power was back on they played soft lofi music.
We shared the volcano roll, and it was delicious. I couldn’t even get a picture it was gone so fast. We both got the tonkatsu and it was perfectly crispy, with delicious sauce. We will definitely be back soon.
I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Shiki Sushi & Grill. Not only were the vegetables in my dish undercooked, but I also found a long, straight black hair mixed in with my food. I have short, very curly hair, so it was clearly not mine.
When I informed the waiter, he simply took the plate away. A manager later came out to tell me the hair wasn’t from anyone on their staff, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I tried to explain that I wasn’t asking for special treatment—I was still willing to pay for the meal—but I couldn’t finish it after finding hair in it.
Overall, the experience was unappetizing and handled poorly. I won’t be returning.
