The store is super clean, and the staff is absolutely wonderful!
I just started going to Starbucks and I tend to feel overwhelmed with the choices. With that in mind, there’s a new barista named Bex, who was so helpful and patient with making a coffee of my dreams. It was absolutely perfect! This is the only one I’ll be going to.

Just ordered a tall caramel macchiato and I get a short one. I paid over 20 bucks and then the birthday pop is soggy and it’s raw in the middle. They need to get better service.

I recently got hired nearby and this Starbucks is the only one closest to me. The last couple of orders I have got have been made poorly, missing ingredients I asked for and has almost no flavor when drinking. I usually try not to complain but this is a repeating pattern I’ve noticed . I would suggest going to Decatur if you’re wanting Starbucks, every time I have went there my order was exactly what I was looking for or was even better.

I made a mobile order for “drive thru” in the parking lot because its easier to get everything correct on the app and requires no long-winded explanations. Then, I pulled up to the speaker. I said I have a mobile order and the girl immediately told me that you have to wait 3-5 minutes after making a mobile order before pulling up and told me to drive around and park in a space. This is with two cars in front of me at the window. Makes no sense. If I waited to order when I pulled up to the speaker, then that would be even later, but then it wouldn’t be a “mobile order.” When she brought the order to my car, I asked, “Why do you have to pull out of the line and leave the drive thru to wait in a space if you make a mobile order?” She said, “it’s faster”. I asked “I’m confused, wouldn’t it be even later if I waited to order until I got to the speaker?” Again, she just says “yeah, it’s faster”. By now she is already leaving in a hurry to rudely avoid answering a customer. I only managed to say “I’m confused” as she was walking back inside with her back to me and just yelled again like a parrot, “it’s faster”. Who trains these employees because they are truly lacking in basic customer service and have no clue/desire how to think logically and explain any simple issue to customers. Ridiculous, rude spiteful, and hateful employee!
