Arrived just before 5pm… not very busy, but the restaurant was in clear disarray. Garbage all over the floor, dirty tables. Kitchen table that is clearly visible to customers was filthy. There were only 3 workers so this store was severely understaffed. Still no excuse, keep your kitchen clean!
Even with it not being busy I still had to wait in line 15 minutes to order. I noticed the guy (black beard) who was about to make my order, touch other things with gloves on. If I hadn’t asked him to change his gloves he would’ve made my food with dirty gloves!! If the health department saw that, that would’ve been unacceptable.
I felt rushed while ordering, nearly gave me a tiny scoop of rice before I asked for more
Also ordered chips and they tasted stale and burnt at the same time.
In the end I got enough food but it barely had any flavor to it.
I’ll be going to the east side location or the Neenah location from now on.

The guy making our food didnt have any beard net on his beard at all! Disgusting and unexceptable! And they pre closed there dining room and we couldn’t even eat inside the store! They had plenty of workers at night. They didnt even have chips or limes, so I can get my rewards for that.

We arrived shortly after 7 pm. While she was putting rice in the bowl, another employee took the steak. When I asked for steak I was told by the staff and the person cooking the meat that there was no more steak tonight. I then watch the 2 staff working the side station make 2 burritos with steak. This was my first visit. This was disappointing.

12/30/25. Paid $32 and got nothing. Ordered on app for pick up and walked in at 12:45pm after 12:40pm notification of ready just as a Door Dash driver ran out of the restaurant to his car with a large bag. My large order was not on the shelf. The pick up server said there was nothing he could do and the only thing I could do is call Door Dash. The timing seems odd.

I’m here like maybe 3 times a week. Today, I go in and order tacos, I asked for steak for my tacos, and the individual working put (not even kidding about this) 2 pieces of steak on each of them and moved me along .They seemed to be out of steak with more coming, but he didn’t offer to have me wait, or put another kind of meat on, and then I was charged for steak even though I got MAYBE 1/10th of a portion for my food. I generally like this location but this was extremely disappointing.

I always come to this Chipotle when I’m in town and have usually never had an issue, but this time the portion sizes were a complete joke. Burritos and bowls were about half of the usual size and had barely any meat. This was not worth the price at all and a huge disappointment.

Ordered two bowls and a kids meal online for pickup. One bowl was missing the chicken and had tomatoes on it (they weren’t ordered on it) and one was missing the corn. We were missing both of our chips we ordered. We did end up trying to eat what we had and something tasted funky so we tossed both bowls.

It’s an assembly line similar to Subway- they build your burrito, bowl, etc with items of your choosing. They try to upcharge you on liquid white cheese, queso blanco for like $1.75, no thanks. I got the vegetarian burrito with guacamole that is the “protein” instead of meat. I added both kinds of beans Pinto and black and both kinds of rice, cilantro lime white and brown. Overall, it was all right for fast food. I couldn’t eat it in one sitting and ate the rest for breakfast.

My friend has a food allergy being meat and dairy. Today we went to chipotle and while she was eating her burrito, she found CHEESE!! These people arent clean nor do they really respect you!! 10/10 dont recommend this staff, the staff they had before was great!! bring the old staff back!!
