Horrible service didn’t give me half of my Uber order didn’t forget 1 or 2 things they forgot 5! Like come on it’s not rocket science! And what we did receive was absolutely disgusting like I’m actually shocked at the quality of this food! It’s so cold and stale worse then over night truck stop food!

When I arrived to pickup my order the plastic bag containing the food was sealed shut so couldn’t look in it,big mistake.drove all the way home and cut bag open to find everything was there except the main item the chicken fingers.on the bottom of the receipt it says packed by and double checked…..apparently not.last time for me,this place is full of incompetent workers.

Very disappointed, ordered 8 piece Original Meal, got home had 4 Thighs, NO BREASTS. Shoild have been 2 of each. $50.00 plus order, with other things we ordered.

I’m not sure how someone packages food like this and serves it to someone, when it looks half eaten.
Cold chicken, mash potatoes tasted like metal, cold over fried fries, and seltzer in a cup with no taste of the flavor of the soda. The popcorn chicken was hard. Rolls were cold.
We ordered at 6:30pm prime dinner hour and were served food like this.

Very disappointed. Never gets the order right. How you read the order back to me correctly but mess the whole order up still. Ask for mine thing and get the complete opposite. Food is old and cold. Never fresh. Biscuits hard as a rock can break a window with them.

Expensive but good,they no longer have $20 buckets of chicken,I paid 57.00 for a 16 piece bucket with 4 sides and biscuits also the new apple bites which by the way were delicious. The customer service guy was EXCELLENT. He was so friendly and spoke to me while I waited for the food.
