I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location on Dec 20 at 4:20 PM. At the time of ordering, the BOGO offer was validated, but the cashier ran the bill separately and charged us for two bowls instead of honoring the promotion.
When I pointed this out, the cashier was very rude and dismissive, saying, “you saw the bill and paid for it.” I was with my family and was rushing while paying, trusting that the validated offer had been applied correctly.
I brought the issue to the store manager, but he was also rude and unhelpful and refused to honor the BOGO offer. I even offered to buy two new bowls so the promotion could be applied properly, but both the cashier and the manager were unwilling to resolve the issue.
Mistakes can happen, but the poor attitude and refusal to correct a clear error made this experience extremely frustrating. This location showed a serious lack of customer service and accountability.

This chipotle is not the one that everyone knows and loves. I paid $22 for a burrito and it was smaller than their water cup!
Usually when you go to chipotle you expect a pretty decent size burrito. NOT this chipotle. They scammed me. In no world should a $22 burrito have 3 pieces of steak and nothing that I asked for inside of it.
The chipotle on HW89 has never disrespected or scammed me. If you are wanting chipotle, I would drive the extra few miles to eat at a chipotle that won’t scam you.

really mean workers at this location. girl working the line on 1/21 around 10pm was really mean, if you guys are going to be grumpy about staying open til 11, maybe you should change the hours or she should change her schedule! i used to work nights at wingstop that didn’t close til 12AM and it was 100% busier than this chipotle ever gets & never was i as rude as she was last night, no matter the closing time! <3

Food was delicious. The line was short so the service was quick. BUT it’s the first time I’ve seen such small portions at a Chipotle!!! I came from the Grand Canyon hungry, ordered my favorite bowl and didn’t fill up like I did at other Chipotles in US.

While I travel I always get Chipotle looking for consistency. This Chipotle was by far the worst I’ve eaten. The rice was hard is was so undercooked, lettuce had dirt from not being washed, super cold and I ordered ahead and it still wasn’t ready.

The chicken at this location is ALWAYS grisly and over seasoned to the point of being absolutely inedible. It is SO consistently this way every time I come here it must be an issue with the recipe or preparation or something. The way they’re being trained to cook it. It’s bad. Please if you work here and see this, do something to fix it because this location would be great otherwise.
