I enjoy eating at chipotle… just not this one. It’s messy, low portion sizes and very unclean. When my husband and I went in there was about 2 people in there so not crowded at all so it was weird seeing everything dirty, tables full of crumbs, floor with food straw wrappers and crumbs bathroom with toilet papers on the floor and even the serving station was messy. Food dripping through the sides and I managed to catch a photo of “after they cleaned it”.

Decided to give chipotle another try, after choosing different options for some time. Mistake. Ordered ahead for pickup, my burrito was a bowl. Paid extra for double wrap, but didn’t really care…until I opened it. Portions reached about halfway of the paper bowl. Don’t even get me started with the chips. When I opened the chips, I actually screamed out loud. Seriously, the portions are a real issue. Do not spend your ~$25 a person on this place anymore. Someone let me know when portion sizes are finally fixed before I waste my money here again.

This chipotle is consistently inconsistent. Never order here via the mobile app they will always forget something and the portion sizes are so bad especially if it’s a bowl. Honestly it feels as if they do it on purpose. My most recent order was missing both guac on both entrees and salad dressing. $6 gone down the drain. What’s the point of driving 15 minutes back in 2 degree snowy weather. If you choose to go here if at all at least go in person but either way I do not recommend.

Staff is rude! The one girl always has an attitude. Every time I’ve come into this location and she’s been working she’s complaining about something. She comes off aggressive immediately when she’s taking your order and then throws the food onto the burrito making it a mess. She doesn’t give full portions of anything and then when she’s asked to add more she charges you for it. Her attitude was so bad that one of the other employees apologized for it! When we tried to ask for the employees name the manager refused and gave attitude as well. Manger’s name is Johnny. The customer service in the place is insane and makes me not want to come to this location. ALSO please let’s not assume that because two “white” people are ordering that we don’t understand when the employees are talking about you in Spanish. Management is rude and doesn’t take any accountability for their employees.

I visited the establishment to sample the highly acclaimed chicken al pastor offering. Upon reaching the front of the line, I observed several changes in the personnel preparing my order. When I requested corn as an accompaniment to my meal, the order process appeared to cease. This was disappointing, but even more so was the fact that a significant portion of my bowl did not match the rest in terms of content. I am uncertain as to why certain customers received larger portions than I did. Moving forward, I may consider alternative locations to ensure proper order completion and consistent portion sizes.

my 2 experiences at this location had a decently packed burrito. I don’t trust any other chipotle because they usually suck. I only go here because it’s local. Pancheros, ma and pas tex mex or moes is better.

I have been eating at the Cinnaminson Chipotle for about 2 years now and I’ve really never had a problem. Joanny Alvarez. Certified Training Manager noticed that one of the workers was having trouble putting the lid on my chicken bowl. She then says to me if I order this much next time she sees me she’s going to charge me twice. I just felt so humiliated and embarrassed in front of a line of customers and the crew there and this prompted me to call corporate and report her. Supposedly they’re doing an investigation into her actions and I really hope she gets fired because she has no place in customer service. Corporate did add enough points in my Chipotle app to get a free chicken bowl but this does not at all make up for the way I was treated. If anyone gets treated poorly by a Chipotle worker I advised that you call customer service and tell them and make sure you request a free item like a chicken bowl first they had the audacity to offer me a free soda. Can you believe that?

I have always bought salad bowls from Chipotle. Many times I went to numerous locations and they would never have the salad dressing. Tonight they did have the dressing but charged me $1.76 for an extra dressing (this small tablespoon of dressing.) They never take Into account the numerous times they didn’t have salad dressing and I had to eat a DRY ASS salad. They need to do better because many times they have not gotten it right. They don’t have to worry about me being a customer. I can spend my money anywhere and it will not be here.

I’ve been in the service industry all my life, I rarely ask for free stuff, but come on.
Replacement bowl $16. $52 total plus the extra trip back to the store for a lunch for two.
Doubt I’ll be back anytime soon.
