The location is convenient, with other convenience stores nearby. Both the drive-through and inside space are pretty large. When we picked up our order, we noticed something was missing and told one of the staff, a Spanish-speaking lady. She looked impatient, which I could understand since she was handling other orders, and we were fine waiting. But after about five minutes, another Spanish-speaking couple came to pick up their order, and she immediately became very cheerful with them. The sudden change in attitude was a bit surprising. Luckily, another staff member, a Black male employee, helped us out and fixed the problem. Really appreciated his help. I just hope we didn’t cause too much trouble for the other staff.

I had no issues with the food, but the customer service needs serious improvement. The counter was unattended, service was slow, and when I said “good morning” to the employee, she didn’t respond and rolled her eyes. It honestly felt like I was asking for free food.

Girls are to busy laughing on the drive through with the cooks and then once they do get the order right the cook messes it up completely. I hit home and had to go all the way back to wait in line for 15 more minutes
Even the Diet Coke wasn’t diet and my daughter is a diabetic and disabled She won’t eat anything but ketchup . Then you don’t get anything in return for the inconvenience

We order at the self order kiosk for ‘eat in’. Our food order was ready in minutes and even when an item was missing ( nuggets), the team was very understanding and got us the missing item

I go get coffee here most every weekend. The morning manager woman is very attentive and makes wonderful coffee. Unfortunately the past few weeks/months they have out a younger gentleman on the coffee making duty. He is horrible! Never gets the order right. Sometimes wrong size or wrong ingredients and always tastes off, leaves a bad aftertaste and upsets my stomach. Never have this issue when anyone else makes it. The manager especially makes perfect coffee. I don’t know what that kid is doing but its horrible. I always order 4 large iced coffees with caramel and chocolate syrup. Today 1 coffee was missing the syrup, you can clearly tell as it always sits at the bottom and the other 3 cups I could see both caramel and chocolate but one had none. I pointed it out to him and he took all 4 coffees, dumped them all and made 4 new ones, instead of just adding the syrup to the one. To top it off now all 4 had only caramel syrup and no chocolate which sadly I did not see until I got home. I’m done, he won’t be making my coffee anymore. Going forward I will ask the manager to please personally make my coffees and please don’t let that kid touch them. I hate to admit it but I spend a lot of money at this McDonalds and usually everything is fine but that kid needs to find a new job. I’ve experienced him at the register and he didn’t even know the menu. I tried to order a mcchicken and he didn’t know what that was. The manager had to come take over the order. Like I said this location is my go to and I never have issues, expected when he is involved with the order ESPECIALLY making coffee. There must be another position thats better for him, like taking out the trash or cleaning because everything else i have experienced him doing is awful. So much money spent of coffees he has screwed up. Seriously asking the manager to make my coffees going forward. Oh and today in the time it took him to make my coffees, twice (which was about 15 minutes, entirely too long to make coffee honestly) I watched 3 other customers complain about their coffee also being wrong. Hope a manager or owner sees this and corrects this issue for your customers sake. 4 coffees I got today, and my boyfriend bought 4 himself also and all 8 were wrong and didn’t taste good at all. Like I said we have waisted a lot of money on coffee made wrong by him alone. 8 coffees today alone, times weeks and weeks of the same orders.

Frappe machine was broken and they replaced it with an item that was half the price. They inconvenienced me not having what I wanted, wasted extra time when I had to get the work and didn’t make sure I got money worth let alone make it up to me. Garbage customer service

We came at a busy busy time so there was a bit of a wait. Our food however, was fresh and both of our special orders were made correctly. They were also stocked with plenty of condiments such as napkins and straws.

Smarter 2 order it on the side for about the same price than to get a slice broken on two!

The service is always good but the homeless people outside are starting to get really intimidating. I had a lady the other day literally run out to my car when I was ordering and was aggressively asking for money and then there is a guy that sits and waits right after the pickup window and you have to literally shut your window before you drive off to not interact. I understand they’re just needing money but it’s getting to become a bit too much.
