Stephanie was our waitress right before they closed and she was absolutely amazing! We forgot to leave a good note on the survey but she was so welcoming and nurturing, knew exactly what she was doing. She had quick service, will be asking for her again!

We went in around 9 PM on a Tuesday. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and while our server was kind, he was noticeably less attentive than usual. We used to be regulars, but Chili’s has declined in recent months, so our visits have become infrequent.
Things went wrong early in the meal. My soup arrived with a dirty spoon, and I had to get up and go to the bar myself to request a clean one.
Then the entrées arrived. I had ordered my cheeseburger with Swiss cheese because I can’t have yellow cheddar. It came out with cheddar anyway. When we pointed it out, the server said he’d bring a new one, but what came back was clearly the same burger with the cheddar scraped off and a slice of Swiss placed on top. A significant amount of cheddar was still melted onto the patty, so I couldn’t eat it. It just ended up becoming leftovers for my husband.
I could understand this happening on a busy Saturday night or right before closing, but the restaurant was slow, and the server rarely checked on us. Had he come by more often, he might have noticed that I never touched the “replacement” burger.
Overall, I left very disappointed and reminded of why we’ve stopped coming here.

Our server Shawn was absolutely fantastic!! I wished we lived closer. Otherwise we could eat here more often. It was very busy tonight and he was still very fast! He communicates exceptionally well and was very kind. The food was also great! Perfect family dinner.

I went to this Chillis back on 11/16/2025. My husband and I are from Dallas, TX but we were so amazed at our waiter’s service, I had to write this review, no matter how long it’s been. Sean is the best waiter I’ve ever had, he was great with my grandparents and niece. He’s a 10/10 waiter, we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town! 🙂

Love that they have happy hour all day, everyday.. Their burgers are good and a good size/deal. I really like the chicken quesadillas and their ranch. 3 for me deal is awesome. Good food and drinks for a decent price.

Food was very good. Chips were extra salty. I really like them but regretted them later when I was so thirsty. I had a hamburger that delicious.

Its the same as any chili’s. I always get good service, if you have eaten one before, its the same. I have never had a complaint with any of the meals i jave had here. I usually go for a drink and appetizers. Bartenders make decent drinks, remember they are governed by the Chili’s management so dont get mad if you rum and coke is more coke than rum but that usual stuff aside, the place is chill.

I feel like the quality of food has gone down, to me it’s always been not the best restaurant, but since my family got three separate orders today. I got the queso and chips and salsa and the color was so disgusting and it tasted like smushed burrito, that it completely turned me off. I did not eat it, we ordered online and picked up right away. The wings they got were mediocre. I’m writing for three people.
