This is exactly what they gave us this morning, including the uncooked egg and the sloppy sausage biscuit. We just wanted some quick breakfast man. Wasn’t busy or anything. Just very very very poor customer service and incredibly sloppy food. Being a worker in customer service and retail gor many years, if you hate your job, find another. Don’t sabotage your paying customers food.

I went for an early lunch. I went in to ask for freshly made ranch wraps with no salted fries. My order was made correctly. The girl that rang me up had great customer service skills along with the young man with the long nails. You two rock and I will be back to visit because of your smiling faces.

Every time I have DDash go there- I don’t get straws- and have fries that are stale or cold- and burgers are thrown together like a toddler made them…. Today my daughter’s happy meal of nuggets came and the nugget box had someone’s half eaten stack of cookies and no nuggets….. I will drive all the way to Greenville if I want decent food!

If I could I would give negative. After coming home living 30 mins away, our order was wrong. Quterpunder with cheese but only one beef patty? When their should of been 2. Mind you I put no onion no mustard but yet they where both on their as well. Onions looked disgusting, and I never get them on anything but still ate it anyways and now throwing up food poisoning. The employees where a joke. Count your days. Won’t ever be coming back to this McDonald’s again.

The service is incredibly slow, to the point where I would go to another McDonald’s because it would take less time. Don’t order here if you think you’ll be late for work because you will. It took then 20 minutes to make my sausage egg and cheese biscuit this morning. The only good thing is the nice gentleman at the front counter who greets and says goodmorning to everyone who makes the poor decision to order food from this McDonald’s.

Ignored at the counter, employees literally avoiding eye contact and ignoring us. They were busy, but not too busy to acknowledge us and let us know that they would be with us shortly. Lobby was ignored, no napkins and dirty tables.

I ordered on the mobile app that you ask for every single time you go through the drive-through to help save some time ordered my food at 4:10 was done at 4:11 PM. Got to the restaurant at 4:15 PM sat in the car at curbside for 15 minutes thought I better go in. Maybe they forgot me went in. No one would speak to me finally when the cashier would actually give me eye contact I asked where is my online order for curbside that I ordered at 4:11 PM he’s like what I said yeah I’ve been waiting at curbside since 4:11 PM. It is now 4:44 PM. I was like can I get my Order he yells at another dude trying to get the food in the bags for the drive-through that’s more important than the customer standing inside the store and that person says print the receipt and I’ll get to it when I get to it but giving the orders out to the people that ordered after me I asked the cashier again. Where is my win line order are you working on my online order for curbside that I placed at 4:11 PM it is now 10 minutes till 5 PM and my lunch break is almost over with. When the cashier finally gave me eye contact again and I asked him for the fifth time where’s my food I said can I just get a refund and he yelled for the manager named Laura that The cashier then yelled at Laura to come over two times. She just looked over and didn’t say nothing gave eye contact still ignored so I walked out the customers that kept getting waiting for their food and all that complaining still wasn’t getting results. They needed it as well. I don’t know what’s happened to this restaurant, but I think that the staff needs to be let go. The store needs to shut down there’s tons of flies flying around inside so you know there are not up to health codes for being clean. I will never order again for McDonald’s or support this company ever again if I could’ve gave zero stars I would’ve gave zero stars I do not recommend.
