A wonderful experience and the burgers and fries never disappoint. Plenty of parking around. The service was even better at this location. Jordan and his coworker were excellent and patient as we managed our way through ordering for a family. Def recommend this Five Guys for top tier burger and service.

Food is super delicious, however, customer service can be improved. Disregard for customer service is not how business should be done. We were missing one item order and when ask for it the associate reply with hand on face. Not coming back at least at this location. Upper right should check on customers service

Haven’t had five guys in over a decade due to disappointing experiences in a different state but I’m open minded and still try the same restaurants in other regions, etc
This one was nice, we were welcomed and the cashier was really cool, took mine and a friend’s order then repeated it back to make sure everything was A okay
Once the food was ready, burger and fries ; my milkshake was forgotten then they hurried up to place more ice cream in the machine and delivered it to the counter when it was finished.
I opened my cheese burger having special requests on it, and I laughed cause literally only a shred of lettuce was on it. So I kindly asked for more lettuce then 2 staff members attended and grabbed a foil tray with a handful of lettuce and placed foil on top. I then had extra lettuce

Easily the best burgers in the whole of the US. From the great service to the juicy burgers, this place does not disappoint. The service is quick and it comes with a Coca Cola freestyle machine. It also offers free peanuts and the seats are very comfortable.

First-time I go to this place and I didn’t really liked it. I was expecting more flavor on the hamburgers but didn’t meet the expectations. Fries were packed with lots of salt and condiments which cause not to taste the actual flavor of the fries. Really I had a bad experience and for the price I’d rather go some other burger place even tho customer service was good. Thanks guys!!!

The burger tasted great. The fries were very good but very salty. After seeing tons of videos saying you get SO MANY fries at Five Guys we decided to give it a try. We got two burgers and one medium fry thinking there would be tons. It cost 30 bucks after tax and 5% tip with no drinks which is pretty expensive for a burger place. As you can see from the pictures the fries did not run abundant on our order.

It is completely unacceptable that this store repeatedly fails to answer the phone, on multiple occasions. Especially when there is no option to add notes to order on Postmates/UberEats, I rely on calling to correct basic items; yet no one picks up. I specifically wanted Little Cajun Fries, but the only option available was Little Fries, and without anyone answering the phone, there is zero way to fix it. I also cannot add an additional side of sauce, which should be a simple request.
This ongoing lack of communication and flexibility is extremely frustrating and significantly downgrades the quality of my orders. If this issue is not addressed immediately, I will have no choice but to stop ordering from this restaurant altogether.
Customer service is everything and you guys repeatedly failed to provide any assistance to your customers. Food is good but we are in Vegas I’ll take my business elsewhere
