I ordered my food via McDonalds app 10:52 PM, it is now its 11:39PM and I still dont have my order. The black lady at the window was very nice, however on the back end something lack.
Why am I able to order curbside, but the restaurant refuses to fulfill. That should be not a choice if the restaurant says they stop doing curbsides at 10PM, as a result I had to wait in line for 15-20 minutes then the order was cold the ice was melted and I am pissed.
Finally I gave up when they brought out my order for the 2nd time. The frying was not cooked well, meaning soft. The fish sandwich and soda was nasty as well. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY, AMY TIME IS VALUABLE . This MCDonald SUCKS!

Just tried getting food at midnight through the drivethru and they pulled the “were not taking orders” card on me but then proceeded to take other people’s orders. This mcdonalds needs to be audited because it is ran by children that do not know what they are even doing clearly. Night shift uses “the system is down” excuse so that they can play on their phones and get paid to not do anything. Can’t see very well in the photos but the girl who told me they were not taking orders was just standing at the window playing on her phone. Do I expect any different from the mcdonalds in washington? No. I am sick and just wanted to get some food so I could finally go home and get some rest. Luckily cookout was open and willing to take my order.

This was my first time inside any McDonald’s in a long time. I was shocked to see all of the stations set up so you had to look through the various screens in order to place your food order. I guess this is the new trend as I recently experienced the same setup in a Taco Bell.
My experience this visit went well! I believe the young lady at the counter was new because she didn’t seem to know what to do after I placed my order and didn’t receive a printed receipt. One small thing that aggravated me was when I specifically asked for 3 packs of salt and 5 packs of pepper, I received about 5 packs of salt and 3 packs of pepper. As a person who uses pepper more than salt, I’ve been to several establishments where the staff was willing to give me plenty packs of salt but not pepper.

I’ll be honest this is probably one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been too. I did a mobile order and when we arrived it was jammed packed and super busy. But the line moved quickly and for once I didn’t have to pull over and wait for my food. Actually NO ONE was in the reserved spot at 1130 am! The food was hot and it’s McDonald’s so you know what you’re getting.

This is the McChicken I received tonight 9/12/25, it wasn’t the spicy patty like I ordered & was full of mayonnaise. It wasn’t edible & I put it in the trash. This location has really went down hill lately. I guess someone had an attitude because I placed several orders on the app so I won’t be returning.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Ordered my food around 3am waited until 5 when I got contacted by a doordasher saying they can’t make my order. The manager on the day of December 18, 2025 handled it very poorly. She was nice but she was trying to avoid the issue and said it falls on doordash the order is supposed to be made before the dasher gets there, even if it’s breakfast, the order didn’t have a dasher until 5. So I’m being charged amd having to get a refund over something that was done poorly.

I will say they make sure the place clean. Although the floors were dry, but signs are still visible. This McD’s stay pretty busy. Alot of customers visit here. Sat in for awhile to see an check out the area. Will be doing that more often.

I doordashed & got a vanilla milkshake instead of a strawberry. I went back to get it they said they were out of strawberry shakes & then asked if i wanted something else, asked for a m&m mcflurry & got a oreo instead. Its honestly ridiculous
