Yesterday I had ordered a 40 piece of nuggets with 4 large fries! My meal was a delivery meal and when I opened my bag it was only 30 nuggets!! The ticket clearly says 40 nuggets!! I paid $37.00 for this!! I couldn’t reach anyone at the store the phone wasn’t working.! McDonald’s needs to do better!! This could’ve been avoided!

Don’t eat at this McDonald’s they’re incompetent with making a simple spicy chicken sandwich. All I did was ask for pickles and I got sent three sandwiches that had absolutely no condiments or anything on it. And the funny thing is the ticket that’s stuck to the packaging of the sandwich said “add pickles”. Yet the staff that work there are incompetent with following instructions. Or making the food that you ordered. I guarantee if you go in there, you will have to go back in to get your order fixed.

It was great. I did a drive through. I ordered 2 crispy chicken combos and Oreo blast. And pd at the first window. The young man was so very nice. I went to the 2nd window to pick up my food. The young lady was very nice and friendly. It was hardly any wait at all.

I did a mobile order this morning and the app genuinely would not work when we tried to pick it up from curbside. The app then told us to go through the drive thru. Once we were in the drive thru, the lady on the speaker was incredibly rude and very loud with us as we tried to explain the order and how to find it. After pulling up to the window and hoping to just get our order, they then told us we would have to come INSIDE and get it. Why they couldn’t just hand it to us through the window, i do not know.
The service here is absolutely horrible. The staff is always rude and very slow. I do not think I’ve ever had a positive experience at this McDonald’s. I’d honestly rather drive all the way to Louisville to get a freaking biscuit than order from this location ever again.

they’re terrible. they always seem to have issues with over half of their menu being out of stock. you’d think by now they’d learn how to order the right quantity but no one in management seems to actually address this locations issues and work on them. this mcdonald’s needs a new owner cus this individual is clearly neglecting it and cashing in on the profit. also came one time at 8pm during the week and they said they were closed? the workers always have a stanky attitude, poor service skills, no sense of urgency. they also lack critical thinking skills and have no thought process. foods always cold when you get it and barely edible. don’t even think about going on a game day or day after game day because the workers lose all cognitive function. this mcdonald’s specifically has been pretty poor each time i’ve went. i’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but i won’t do that again. the prices are steadily going up and can be compared to actually quality restaurants even though let’s be honest- mcdonald’s food should always be cheap so the price gouging is just insane behavior. and don’t even bother with the deals in the app- cus what is 15% off of a $12 purchase gonna do? like yeah saving $1.80 off your purchase is SUCH a steal. end of story- yall suck

I was the only person in Line and ordered an entree and side. It took 35 minutes for it to come out and they still forgot my side. I went inside because I still hadn’t gotten everything and the shift manager had the audacity to complain about me. In the end I got everything 45 minutes after I had ordered.

I figured I would give Starkville a try to see if it was better than the 2 locations in Columbus. To no surprise the food was nasty not prepared like I ordered it. They prepared it twice still got it wrong. They are still advertising the McRib according to the store they do not sale it anymore. Then you order a Big Mac they say they’re out of buns. Then when you tell them the order still isn’t right they tell you they don’t know. If they were my franchises everyone would be fired. McDonald’s is pitiful
