When I tell you. This was THE BEST all star I’ve had in a long time. The grits was perfect. The hash brown was amazing. The eggs were perfect. The whole meal was 10/10. Jordan is the cook and he is the BEST . Micheale WAS my server and they were amazing. This is the best Waffle House around !

Me and my grandson went into your waffle House as we normally do when we went in there there was only one customer sitting at one table reset directly in front of him and I want some bang and beat them pots and pans for no reason the waitress took our order 2 sausage egg and cheese bowl and one side order of toast attitude I watched him with a attitude fixing our food the waitress brings us our food. She told him to drop a order of toast he took his gloves off he took his hat off he takes both of his hands and runs him through his hair I am watching him he then takes the toast out of the toaster put iton The cutting board are there food all on there does not put no butter on it he cuts the toast put sit on a plate and brings it to me. I’m still looking him everything he is doing. I called my waitress over and told her exactly what I seen happen she told him to drop another order of toast make sure he puts butter on it and make sure he cuts it while it is on a plate. She apologized to me for three times for his actions. Totally uncalled for very disappointed I would never step back of that waffle House again. So to say this I’m sure this is not his first time doing this. But it will be the last time I will be in your restaurant totally disgusting and certainly unprofessional and definitely needs to do better somebody needs to do better with this. And I have everything on video from the time I went in there I have everything on video time I went in there to the time I left. 830 Saturday night December the 20th. And he did not put on gloves after he ran his hands through his hair and then went and dropped my toast

This was one of the best meals I have had at any Waffle House, and just a nudge better than I usually get at this particular location. Everything was cooked the way I ordered from the extra onions on my hash browns scattered, double smothered, covered and topped to my “waffle well” formerly known as crisp. Excellent work!

We come here often and it’s normally a great time however this time we decided to sit at the bar in front of the sink. That was a terrible decision. I got water in my food twice and they continued to wash dishes while I was sitting there. Also there was another table that had a long blond hair cooked into her food. The waiter immediately when to the only employ that had long blond hair and told her to put her hair up. She replied with I have always had my hair like this and it’s never been a problem. Well obviously it is cause it happened. She never put up her hair either

Went in to get food and was refused service because i wanted it to go. I was more than willing to wait because I knew they were busy but they were very rude and got cussed out by the emoyees. This is the third time I’ve had horrible customer service at this location. It’s to bad because the food is good and I go to the waffle house all the time. 1908 summerville sc, terrible service.

I was in an area I had never been to, but I knew I could depend on the hospitality and food at Waffle House. I had my 18mth old, and my 15yr old with me, and neither had ever been to a Waffle House but I knew my picky eaters would find something the liked. The staff was amazing and made my little one giggle, while another explained to my older son how to dress up grits (he had never had them before). After what had been a long, and very stressful day, I was very glad I chose them instead of some fast food joint.

I was waited on by a server named Lainey.. Seating and the food was quick. But she stood around as I was trying to get her attention because I had yet to receive my silverware upon arrival of her placing my silverware on a napkin she touched the end of it where my mouth was going. Not only did that happen but I never received my drink til halfway through my meal. When it came time to leave I asked for a to go cup and box but got ignored. Thankfully another server was of help. But I don’t recommend getting waited on by Lainey.

I like waffle House but this location messed up my order when I paid extra for my meal. Waffles were soggy shorted me 3 eggs, and didn’t give me cheese. So I might not ever be back to this specific location.
