We came in for lunch at 1 they weren’t very busy but they messed up my husband’s food and the kid at the counter was amazing about trying to fix the problem but it is quite ridiculous that in full view of the customers the girl on the grill was being rude to the front counter kid and chewing him out because she didn’t want to fix the mistake. I was very disappointed seeing that because the front counter guy was being very polite and had superb customer service!

I used to get a four or four every day and now they don’t have it anymore and they doubled the price if i want one, greed kills every business. They now charge 5$ for a burger and fry when I used to get a burger fry nuggets and a drink for 4$. I’ll never eat here again!

Employee Lexi acted with horrible customer service. She was first rude to the children I had with me and proceeded to be rude to me as well. Dine in also is not very clean… no cars in drive through & no one in dine in….

My stupid butt made an in app order to Blackfoots wendy’s when I ment to order from Ammon. These very nice employees were able to help me out in getting the food I paid for. They were respectful in listening to my dilemma and helped me out. (Unlike Blackfoot who told me they couldn’t do anything for me.)

Grabbed a quick meal here. Salad was excellent and the chicken wrap was very good. Tables could use some cleaning. We had to get some water and napkins to clean a table. Other than that, it was fine. We went back again, and it was during the lunch rush. The people putting the meals together did not read what was on the order, so we had to go back and ask for the items they didn’t give us. This time, I had the Apple Pecan Salad but with ranch dressing. It was delicious. The nuggets are rubbery, so we probably won’t order these again. The baked potato is always great.

I enjoy Wendys restaurants. I like the fact that unlike McDonald’s I can get a diet soda other than diet coke. Except at this Wendys. The last three times I have gone through the drive through and ordered a diet Dr pepper, without fail I get diet coke.
Diet coke is a terrible drink. The owners need to do some quality assurance checks with their drive through, or just fold up shop.

We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. One we really great like normal, but the other was really bad. I was 1/2 the normal width and really dry. Darn, normally love them Plus the men’s room was very stinky and the toilet seat was so loose it about falls out when you lift it (urinal out of order) looks like they need a bit more attention

Got food last night. They forgot alot of our order . Ordered baconator fries and all they did was slap 2 pieces of whole greasy fatty bacon on top the fries ..got home was like water inside of them as well.

Fries were obviously from old oil and cold. Burger no better. For a $10.27 combo better off grilling at home. Never going back. You can see the fries were made in old oil from coloring and texture.

This place is clean, but only because there are so few spots to sit and eat. They have a double drive-through, but there are very few parking spots. The doors are at the far end of the building. You have to cross the drive-through lanes to go inside. Apparently, even the till cannot do math. We ordered 2 sandwich combos, total $21.08. We had a 50% off deal, but it only took off $8 50. When we asked about it, we were told it was the tax, but that hadn’t even been added. We should have had a discount of $10.54 and then paying $.75 tax, our total should have been 11.39, but as you see, we had to pay $13.33. …so discounts are not going to come up as promised in this location. Then, to top it off, my frosty had hair in it. Ugh, so disgusting.
The last ti.e we went (January 10, 2026) we were told that we couldn’t have our 50% discount because we were not properly dressed…seriously! We had clean shoes, jeans and shirts and hoodies and our ID with which we should have had the 50%off. But we’re told no, we had to be formal in our dress to get the discount. We feel this was a clear act of discrimination.
We WON’T be going back to this location.
