I am not joking when I say this is the best taco bell i have ever been to. The quality of service and food is CONSISTENT, something I had yet to experience at any other taco bell. Managers please give your whole team some appreciation for their work, the people here do so well that I assume they truly enjoy their job. Thank you for taking care of Ballard all the time (including when it gets crazy late on the weekends)! Thank you to the employees that tell people to have a “bahaha day”, always makes me laugh!

I wanted to share that I absolutely love this Taco Bell location. It’s been a while since I ordered from them, but I’ve order from them a few times in the last week or two, and they’ve made my food to an absolute perfect tee. And if I’m being honest, I made more changes to the food than would be considered normal in most circumstances, but they haven’t missed a single add-on or removal, and I would recommend anyone that wants Taco Bell to this location. If the app would let me tip them, I would do so with absolute glee.

In the mornings it never fails they hand me my food then sprint away without giving me my cup. FYI though they usually aren’t paying attention so they won’t see you if you go behind the counter and grab it yourself or fill your own 64oz bottle with Baja blast so keep that in mind when stopping in here.

We rode Lime Scooters from the W hotel all the way here to crush 40 tacos between 7 guys on a bachelor party and although it was a bit confusing at first when we arrived during a supply delivery, we were quickly invited inside and had a great time. The gentleman working the counter at 12am on Friday night had an awesome attitude and made our visit great!

I’ve been here many times for drive-thru, take-out, and dine-in experiences. I have no complaints! It’s classic fast-food Mexican fare. I like the selection of sugar-free beverages. Sometimes the drive-thru line can get pretty long, so my tip is just to park and order take-out inside if it’s looking long. The bathroom requires a code but the staff won’t actually tell you—you have to ask to be let in every time. It’s a bit inconvenient.
Also, watch out if you’re coming around noon on a school day. This place gets absolutely packed with high schoolers.

Let me start off by saying, I usually am not one to complain. However, I ordered my food and it went downhill from there. I waited for 30 minutes before even asking about my food. And then another 20 before asking again and then finally 1 HOUR AFTER ORDERING I asked again. They told me they would check on it and then that finally started making it. To make this worse the lights went off for like 10 minutes. And as if this wasn’t enough it smelled like burning chemicals and there was a ton of smoke. No refund. No apology. Unbelievable.
