This was probably the best Taco Bell experience I have had. Super friendly staff. Food was out quickly. It wasn’t sloppily prepared. The restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms. I don’t generally leave reviews but this deserved one. 10/10 great job!

I went to this location on March the 3rd, let me just start off by saying poor quality of food especially what you pay for! The food was very disgusting in disappointing. The new chicken taco’s that they have now, should be called minis because that’s exactly what your going to get, the small bowl with bean, cheese, & spices, was so small they literally put one spoon in that thing! They add more sour cream to your tacos then the main ingredients! My service in food was so horrible in gross I will never be back at this location! In I literally spent almost 30bucks there! At total waste! If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would!

Day shift customer service is much more pleasant than the rude night shift workers, but your food is going to be wrong 95% of the time either way. Last time we ordered at night they forgot half our food then tried to say it wasn’t their fault they forgot it and argued with us about getting it. Thankfully we got our money back through customer service in the app since store employees were useless. We’ve just started going to Mills Ave where we’ve never had an issue.

I’ve been in this location about 3 or 4 times in the past few weeks The first time I went in I was told by one of the employees that I HAD to order from the KIOSK.. Again, today (11/22) I went in and ordered from the KIOSK and a gentleman then came in and he ordered from the front register directly from one of the store employees while I was standing there waiting on my order. NO REASON to LIE TO A GUEST.. They DO TAKE ORDERS at the FRONT REGISTER by their EMPLOYEES!!!

I ordered on my mobile app and then parked with our food. We ordered supreme tacos and were given original tacos and the filling was very….. bare. I went in to see if they would fix it and the person whom I assume was the manager and the person who put the tacos together were extremely rude to me in front of my 13 yr old. I used my manners, patience and nice tone and they continued to be very rude and not letting me explain.
I’ve never had to complain at a fast food restaurant before and was very disappointed at their very unprofessional approach instead of simply fixing the problem.

Ordered in the drive thru just to be asked to go around the drive thru line again after paying. Only ordered a couple of items (2 crunch wrap, taco and drink) Except when I went around there were 5 others in line. I don’t understand how this sped up production, and made a 5 minute stop into a 25 minute stop.

These poor people at this location are extremely understaffed. Waited 25 minutes in my car after I had ordered at the drive thru for my food. This was on the weekend too when staffing should be increased! Do better managers. As someone who works in a chronically understaffed field (medicine), I can empathize with these workers and I feel sorry for them to be so overworked.
