The food was good. I went through the drive-thru and there was a bit of a wait, but it was completely understandable. There was one young girl working the drive-thru while also taking inside orders, and she did an excellent job handling everything by herself. This location always seems short-staffed, yet she maintained great customer service the entire time. She kept me informed, let me know they were waiting on fresh fries, and communicated clearly throughout the wait. Even though it took a little while, I could see she was doing her best on her own. I didn’t catch her name, but she looked very young and truly deserves recognition for her hard work.

I’ve been at this Burger King several times now and the customer service has always been good. I’ve had to wait a very short time during the lunch rush in the past . But of course during peak times I expect a wait. The staff today was efficient and charming. Today during lunch they were not to busy and got my food out fast and it was as good as Burger King can get.
I had to give a good review because I have seen their efforts on actually caring about the job.
I met Angel today as I was praising them and he’s definitely a good manager just by his welcoming attitude. Of course it’s expensive just like everywhere else. But I’ll be coming back to this location every chance I get. Good job to all the management and crew at Burger King Austin Bluffs!!!

Almost the entire order was messed up. They were out of large cups and fries, the chicken was extremely overcooked, and I waited 20 minutes for a blue raspberry Icee to “unfreeze,” only to be given the cotton candy flavor instead—without anyone telling me that’s what I was given. The cotton candy flavor was way too sweet and my kids hated it.

When I was told they were out of fries for my 6-year-old’s meal, the only option offered was onion rings. After I explained that he doesn’t eat onions, no one tried to offer another solution. On top of all this, no one apologized until I specifically asked for the corporate number. That’s unacceptable considering how much of our order was wrong.

This also isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue at this store. Just a few weeks ago, I ordered mozzarella sticks for my daughter and was given the spicy version instead, without being told. When she ate one, it immediately became a problem. When I went back to the store to ask why I wasn’t informed, the response I got was, “Sorry, we forgot to tell you we are out of the regular mozzarella.” That is completely unacceptable.

We used to frequent this Burger King a lot, but the customer service and speed of getting through was a nightmare. One day we were in the neighborhood and decided to give it another go, since the other Burger King was out of the way. We noticed right away something had changed. The ordering process was pleasant and the speed of the drive-through was moving quickly. We were met at the window by a gentleman named “Angel”. He made sure our order was correct and asked us if we needed anything else. A much different experience from before! Angel was AMAZING!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered from doordash tonight after working all day and too tired to go anywhere, and this place got almost my whole order wrong. Missing items I PAID FOR, a burger i DIDNT EVEN ORDER and the doordasher didnt communicate or anything. I personally work in the food industry and I hate upsetting people that are literally PAYING to not get what they’re asking for. It’s no excuse. I dont care if you work at burger king, I dont care if you work at McDonald’s I literally dont care, it does not matter where ever you work you’re getting paid to make people happy with food and that alone is not hard. It’s literally your job and if you can’t do it right find somewhere else to work. Its not hard to communicate if yall dont have what im asking for. Yall need better staff or give them a talk because there’s no excuse as to why I didnt get what I paid for unless you don’t have it. And then on top of that not get hardly any money back for a refund. Will not be ordering here again. You wouldn’t want it to happen to you so why do it to other people.

They told us they were out of chicken Patty’s (how do you run out of those) so we asked if they had chicken nuggets she scoffed at us and got snooty in saying yes, we spent 20 minutes sitting in the drive through waiting for them to take our order, on top of the lady handling the food was open mouth chewing gum and was definitely sick.

The bacon was definitely stale

The chicken fries tasted like 3 day old cardboard

No cheese pull for the mozzarella sticks
I DEFINITELY did not have it my way

This place is always terrible. My order is always wrong. I think I’ve had one solid experience in the last year. Ordered ahead on a Friday night shortly before 8pm. Waited over 10min in the dt with one person in front of me and they only got one small bag and a drink. Made sure I received my entire order before leaving the property but clearly I needed to open everything up and check. The nuggets looked like they had been sitting for over an hour. I ordered a crispy onion whopper jr and got a regular whopper jr. The employees looked confused while I was waiting at the window. Like they have no idea how to read the screens or the burger wrappers.
The only good part was the fact that the fries and mozzarella fries were fresh. I don’t know if it’s lack of management, training or care with this place. Regardless, this place has gone significantly downhill over the past couple years and with all the other options opening up surrounding this place, they should just close up permanently.

I had always loved BK chicken sandwiches, but over the last 5 years it has always been overcooked and dry. Today we stopped with our grandchildren and I ordered my usual. This was an extremely pleasant surprise…my sandwich was so good and extra pickles (at my request)! I made certain to talk to the cook and thank her. Our society tends to make certain to speak up when something is wrong, but not when something is done right. Mercedes went above and beyond to make certain all of our food was good! Thank you Mercedes!

Just ordered a delivery. Didn’t give me the BOGO I paid for, so I ended up paying full price. And on top of that they put mustard on my burger I specifically requested no mustard as the only adjustment and they still screwed it up?? Idk who is working at this location but they seriously need to be replaced. I also am so pissed I dont get a refund because it was through doordash and they refuse to accept the fact that this location effed up. Never order from this location they mess it up EVERY SINGLE TIME
