Tator tots were bad, whitish in color. Freezer burnt or something. I had to through them away. Fast food keeps getting more expensive, not allot of second chances after these experiences

I’m rarely amazed by anything these days, but I am absolutely amazed that this sonic can take a mobile order with customizations to the order, take 15 minutes or more to get it out, And somehow still make it stale and room temperature.

I waited in the parking lot at the stall at a moderately busy restaurant for about 15 minutes for an order with modifications to the sandwich. With the sandwich and the corndog came out they were almost as cold as the slushy. Either they never made the modifications, or they looked into the future and saw what I was going to order so that they could make it and leave it on the counter until it was cold.

When I called, because their app is hot garbage for trying to make a complaint, they attempted to offer me a five dollar voucher and an ice cream cone, as if that would somehow make up for the nearly $17 order. After putting me on hold four different times, they finally got that corrected, but I don’t know that I’ll ever be back to this restaurant. Maybe I’ll stop in again sometime to see if future me has ordered anything else that’s sitting cold on the counter.

Aww, this location used to have BEST fat juicy handmade onion rings! They say they have gone to premade. Not terribly bad, but certainly not the gems they used to be. Sorry for nice workers who have to explain changes and staffing issues. Bring back the old rings!

Waited over 30 minutes to get one combo meal and it was not busy. I was supposed to receive a meal with chicken, tots, onion rings, and Texas toast.

When I received this I got NO Texas toast and ONE SINGLE onion ring. It was almost comical. Not worth it to wait another 30 mins to get the missing items in my order. Will not go back to this location

Food was horrible both my corn dogs were burnt, and you can tell they had been off to the side for some time and instead of making new ones just microwaved the old ones instead and they did not even bother to remember the condiments even though some come with specific items. Really disappointed

Completely the wrong order. As in, not even in the neighborhood of what we ordered. The young lady that was our server, instead of saying, “Sorry, let me fix that for you.” Wanted to argue with me.

I showed her the receipt. She just grabbed the bag out and went back inside. With the way she was acting, i was not going to eat anything she would have brought back out, so we just left.

What happened to Sonic? It is not just this one location. I am not a hard customer to work with. I just want what I ordered.

Put in a online order, waited at the pick up stall for 20 minutes before I had to press the button to ask where my order was. They then proceeded to tell me that it would be right out. Then after another 20 minutes, I asked the employee delivering a order if I could get my order soon since I had been waiting for 40 minutes. She then asked me if I was Gabby or Natienal and I said no. Showed her my sonic app and she acted like she did not know how to read it. I left without my order that I paid for. Then I called the location 3 times for a refund and they did not answer the phone.
