I’m honestly so upset right now. I had a LONG day. All I wanted was my chipotle. I also had a free double protein reward… so I placed my order on my account for a bowl using my double protein reward…. and I got someone else’s order. I call Chipotle customer service and he said he could only give me a free entree reward but could not give me back my free double protein reward… also I paid a delivery fee. So not only do I not get my free protein reward back which is worth almost $6 but now I can’t even reorder for delivery because I would have to pay another delivery fee. This really upsets me. It’s not right that my double protein reward is just lost… and I shouldn’t have to pay another delivery fee using my free entree seeing as that it’s not my fault someone else’s order was delivered.
I truly feel like in addition, I should be
refunded. This is a terrible experience.

Clean chipotle with open seating atmosphere. There’s seating arrangements outside also. The tables require cleaning. Restroom is clean. The food amount is okay however the protein amount is comparatively less. The staff is friendly and smiles when serving. There’s ample parking outside and the neighborhood is crime free. Would like to return at this location.

They usually serve very well at this store. Today I ordered online and came home for lunch, but I’m almost done with my plate and still can’t find the meat . And reading other reviews, I see that this is a common occurrence at this store. So right now I’m cooking a portion of chicken so I don’t have all the carbs for dinner, and I didn’t want to cook tonight.

This has to be the WORST Chipotle location in this area. Everytime I order from them, there’s something missing. Last time they literally gave me like 5 pieces of steak. This time no guacamole but two sour creams on the side. If the app didn’t make me order from them because they are the closest, they’d never get my business again. But seriously do better.

This is by far the WORST Chipotle location. Your staff is trash. Every time I get a burrito, it’s literally 70% rice and that’s mostly what I taste. Idk if you’ve changed your policy on protein portions as well because I hardly have any steak. If you’re trying to compensate for inflation, then raise your prices and quit being so cheap! This is the 4th time ive ran into this issue. Please train your staff or get rid of your management team!

We eat at this location all the time. Came in around 11:15. The staff today (specifically the lady building your meal and the man at the cash register) are PHENOMENAL. Like where have they been?! She even draws smiley faces on your burrito. So cute! Thank you for a great experience.

We LOVE Chipotle. We eat it too often if we are being honest. That said, we’ve been to a large number of different stores over the years. This is 1 of 2 that are relatively equal distance from us. This one is North of us, the other is South off Park. This location is without question the worst Chipotle we have ever been to. You’ll notice a trend in the reviews here. I am not the only one complaining about rude staff and portioning being out of control. This location has rude staff every time we go, which has been less and less when we can help it, but we have finally be driven to the point where we just won’t use them. Here is why: pictures attached, but they do not really do it justice. PORTIONS. I am not expecting a buffet, but we eat enough Chipotle to know when you’re being skimped. This location ALWAYS gives you such a meager portion for everything. Rice, Beans, Steak, all of it. These pictures are from our last 2 delivery orders, which admittedly we made both of which this week. Like I said, we like Chipotle. I have tiny, tiny hands and look how tiny this burrito is, and how they don’t even fill up halfway the kids’ meals (one of the pictures they at least gave enough Chicken). Also, you can see one of the kids’ meals got only 1 tortilla, instead of 2, which was literally so dry and hard it broke off a piece when I picked it up. Larger portions equal less profit. I get it. But this is the worst I’ve ever seen a location try to screw you over. Unfortunately, when we order delivery it defaults to making The Colony location our store. You don’t get to pick (at least, through the Chipotle app where we get our points). As of today, I’ve been driven to not only write this review, but never order delivery to my house again purely so I can avoid being serviced by this location. Or, just ignore the points and order from Door Dash or Uber Eats. From now on, if we are in the area shopping we will just eat somewhere else. If we are ordering from our home, we just won’t order delivery! We will just go pick it up from the Park location by Stone Briar Mall. Its is worth it to actually get what you pay for. Also, yes, I have filled out the corporate email surveys as well. Doesn’t appear to be helping so I thought I’d do this too!

[MUST READ] – 10/10 Location
Service is great every time I come in, everyone has a positive attitude and makes me feel welcome, and they are extremely good at what they do. The store is always incredibly clean, the food is always fresh, and the people keep you wanting to come back!
Andrew & Carlos help me often and they are great, but the crown jewel is a young lady named Madeline; whenever I see her there, I know I picked the right day/time to come in. She is always the sweetest, great smile, very personable, and the food even tastes better when she scoops it! I swear these guys are awesome, and they understand the intricacies of service, I love how they run the store, and that is coming from a guy who ran upscale restaurants.
Please take good care of this team as they are reason I continue to come back. There are many places to eat at, and many chipotles too, but this store and the people at it are the reason I will continue to be a loyal customer!

About twenty minutes ago my partner and myself entered this restaurant. When ordering my bowl from the young lady at the counter, I was asked my choices of ingredients as usual, except for the meat. She immediately began to scoop the chicken while saying, “chicken right”. I said no steak. When it was time for payment, she looked at the cashier and said “steak”. They both shrugged and laughed, as if they were suprised by my choice. The only possible reason for this reaction, which I never lean on, is because I am a black man. My partner went inside to address the issue, and was pretty much laughed at. When I went inside I simply asked for a management card, while being met with eye rolls and more shrugs. There was a young go lady there who was very helpful in getting card information and seemed to be embarrassed on behalf of the staff. No fuss was made, nor a scene caused, however I am deeply upset at this situation.
