Wow, is all I have to say. My husband and I came here on our 4 year wedding anniversary, booking a reservation on google. The host knew exactly who we were even quoting the request we had for a Valentine’s day special from almost a week ago. Our server, Brittany, greeted us at the table by saying Happy 4 year wedding anniversary which was very special to us. They accommodated the request of the appetizer and served us with the most delicious venison tartare. Our server was fantastic, giving us a wine tasting for wines that would go well with the meal. Now for our entrees- we both got the Elk tenderloin, which was absolutely mind blowing and perfectly cooked. It was easily the most tender and flavorful meat we’ve ever tried. I have no other words other than how delicious it was. We also got the Crème brûlée, which was so fresh and delicious. Overall, The Warehouse has been the BEST restaurant & service we’ve ever experienced, and if we ever come back to CO Springs, we would 1000% come back here again. Thank you for the most amazing dinner ever!

My husband and I came here for our anniversary. It was nearly empty but began to fill up quickly after we arrived. Service was friendly and efficient, and the various wines I tried were amazing. The trouble came with the food. My husband ordered the elk, and the venison carpaccio was delicious. The duck and Orzo Paella were incredibly bland both it taste and appearance. The duck tasted like boiled chicken with no seasoning. I picked the seafood out of the paella, as that was the only edible part. We might be back if the menu changes, but the chef left us wanting more.

My husband and I just got back from spending our twelve year anniversary at The Warehouse tonight! Not a lot of pictures (we were very excited about the food). Started with the pear martini and the sprig for cocktails, calamari for a starter, and we split the bass and the yak trio as the mains. Cocktails were so balanced, the calamari oof- one of the best calamari dishes I’ve ever had (the aioli is something else), the sea bass was absolutely the best sea bass either of us had! The yak trio, whoever put that together with the sauces in the zucchini cups with the different cuts is a genius- if you get the yak make sure you go on the rare end, our server made sure to recommend that and it was perfectly cooked. Also, I meant to ask our server their name to put in the review and thank them but I was in a food coma brain lol. Thank you so much for the recommendations and just being rad all around, plus helping us figure out a way and giving us the instructions to take the bread pudding home to have later. Appreciate you all and thanks for hosting us for our anniversary!

We came here for Valentine’s Day as I felt it was going to be a nice place to eat. We came in with our reservations, were seated very fast. It took us over 20 minutes just to get water. Then another 20 minutes just for the waitress to come over to take our drink orders. By the time we were finally able to order we had probably been there close to an hr and we were starving, and the restaurant at the time only had about 4 tables full so it’s not like they were busy. By the time we got our food my mom’s spinach was cold and bland. I felt the same about the duck I ordered. My husband’s venison was quite good. Half way through the meal we were all out of water and the drinks we ordered. Dessert was good, and still had nothing to wash it down with, even after asking for the complimentary champagne that was offered and water which never came. For a 370+ dollar meal we all had expected way more, very disappointed and will not be coming back.

I saw this place on yelp and decided to give it a try.

I started with a few appetizers and ordered the Yak Albondigas, fresh smashed guacamole and Sesame Fried Calamari. For my entrées I had the Pan Seared North American Elk Strip Loin and the Summer Vegetable Succotash & Grits.

Most of the dishes were good but two definitely missed the mark. The biggest disappointment was the peach cobbler. It was more reminiscent of a peach crumble than a cobbler. There were peaches at the bottom but it was heavily coated with crumble. It also lacked serious flavor and was much different than what I’ve had in the past. However, in fairness, upon serving the dish, my server did say it was Colorado style, which, definitely was a surprise.

The other dish was the Summer Vegetable Succotash & Grits. The grits were cooked well but did lack flavor. The vegetables were delicious and I appreciated the variety.

The calamari was amazing. It came with a sauce that only enhanced its already bold flavors. It wasn’t greasy or crispy but cooked just right. I can’t recall ever having calamari this good.

My server was very personable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. She also provided me the names of a few places to visit while in Colorado.

We went here for Valentine’s Day, celebrating a couple days after, and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was calm and very date night friendly! Our server, Mariah was very sweet and helpful! She had wonderful recommendations for drinks and food. We had the calamari, duck, and the scallops. They were all lovely!

The overall experience here was all right. The food is was expecting to be a lot better with how overpriced it was. The hush puppies appetizer was amazing and I highly recommend it. It actually tasted better than our entrees. A lot of salt on the fries and burger. The burger bun was wet and soggy, and so tall it was hard to take a bite of it. I also took half my plate home with me. My husband ordered the Orzo dish and said it was good. The waitress was a delight and extremely professional and on top of things, refilling waters. Unfortunately, nothing really urges me to want to come back here.

The menu and food are spectacular. The elk was perfectly cooked. I’ve been here twice and the food was great both times.

I have eaten here several times. The food has been acceptable until this evening. I ordered the scallops. I tried two-neither was eatable, they were so tough I had to saw them with my knife and they reeked. When I informed the waitress, she returned and apologized and said the manager would be charging me 20% of the cost. WTH! I have NEVER been charged for food I’ve been unable to eat! I was in a Group as a first time prospective member and didn’t want to make a scene. I paid the $12.47. I left my waitress a $10 cash tip. Last time I EVER spend my money there!

They have a unique selection of meat, which made it interesting. I would like to go back and try something else. I thought everything else was just average, didn’t care for some dishes. But the elk was good, it taste like barbecue, which I didn’t like about the flavor, so I definitely thought the sauce could’ve been different to make it a lot better!!

We got the four pack of dip for an appetizer. My favorite was the orange one, the other ones we didn’t really care for too much. The guacamole wasn’t that good there was nothing special about that so I wouldn’t recommend getting that one. The desserts were super average and not the greatest.
