Can never go wrong with Pincho!!!! Me and my boyfriend’s weekly ritual and this location started it all. You can’t go wrong with ANY of the food!!!! Tried the new Smokehouse Stack burger and it was so amazing, had a nice smokey flavor and a sweet jam. Always have had great service, great food and it’s a guarantee we will be back 🙂

I used to love this location and always thought it was the best Pincho. I would often come at night with my son, and it was something we genuinely enjoyed. Unfortunately, the last few visits have been awful. It honestly feels like there has been a change in management, and not for the better. The wait times have been excessively long, the fries have been soggy and cold, almost as if they were sitting too long or refried, and the food overall tastes burnt. This has not been a one-time issue, it has happened every night I have come recently.I am extremely disappointed because this place used to be reliable. If something does not change, customers will absolutely be lost due to the consistent drop in quality. Tonight will be my last visit to the Bird Road location, I will be taking my son to the Flagler or Gables locations instead

Update from yesterday. I honestly haven’t seen something like this in a while. They had one lady in the kitchen doing all the orders while three managers were just sitting down and talking. No wonder the food quality Isn’t the same. Poor lady was trying to make it all fast but imagine. She was asking for help too with no help from anyone around. Something needs to get done because that’s why so many reviews are constantly talking about the food time. Waiting 45 minute for french fries are ridiculous. There needs to be something done. This use to be my favorite location but if this continues I would sadly have to stop coming to this location.
If I could give them a zero I would. The service last night was awful and the food quality is not the same. I don’t know what happened to this place.

I usually enjoy coming here, but this Friday night visit was rough. The food took a really long time to come out, and you could tell the kitchen was super backed up. It honestly looked like the 1 boy cook was doing almost everything on the line while there was a lady manager who was just focused on fries not helping him at all, which didn’t help the wait at all. The 2 cashiers and 1 cook were looking overwhelmed, and it definitely affected the service and the timing. I’m hoping it was just an off night, because the food is normally good, but this experience wasn’t it. I really hope management steps up and supports their team better so things run smoother.

Very slow the employees arguing among themselves as I assume the owner was requesting help.in getting 2 cooks. So the minute that the lady left the gossiping and talking out loud short of screaming.
I took it to take out because the atmosphere wasn’t pleasant at all. You go to a place to eat not to witness the disloyal employees not taking into.consideration clients were there. Low class behaviour like a vendor in the street.
Your food is not cheap so give a good atmosphere. Very unpleasant.

Pincho use to be my favorite late night spot. I don’t understand what’s going on with the wait time and food quality.I’m having to wait so long for 1 bowl now and for some reason the fries always come out faster then the meal. My fries are constantly always soggy before I even get my bowl. I don’t understand why this is suddenly happening when this wasn’t a thing before. I’m very disappointment because I really enjoyed pincho in general but lately it has changed and not for the better.

I ordered my usual Vaca Frita bowl through the Pincho app for pickup—something I do all the time. But this time while I was eating I bit into something that felt really off. I pulled it out and saw it was a big piece of wire. If I had bitten down harder it could’ve seriously hurt me. Totally unacceptable.
I tried calling the store several times, but they kept hanging up right after answering—probably because it was close to closing time. On top of that, there’s no real way to reach support through the app. No email, nothing.
Super disappointed. This was a dangerous mistake, I won’t be ordering from here again.
