During my three visits here on December 7, 2024, July 18, 2025, and Friday, December 19, 2025, I have not had any issues here. We only got ice cream both times and it was night so haven’t experienced it busy or gotten any food but the staff is kind and efficient and I really enjoy visiting Culver’s, even way out in Sycamore. I have visited 42 Culver’s across Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Kentucky and Florida and I really enjoy visiting. So thank you. (Written 12-29-25)

The service was great!! We got the walleye and it was ok it’s just way to oily and not much flavor. The regular fish is the same way. I usually have some leftover and have to put it on a pile of napkins to soak up the oil. There’s always a puddle of it on the plate making it a soggy mess. The pot roast sandwich is really good.

Pulled in at 6:02pm and did not receive our (2 ppl) food till 6:34!!! 32min we had to wait. I was 4th in line…SLOW SLOW SLOW!!!!! Last time I went they screwed up my order so badly they had to have the manager come out and punch the right keys on the cash register…really?really?! Strike 2..remember Culver’s YOU’RE A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. My husband and I went thru, placed an order and gave “Mario” as the name. We get to the window and a bunch of kids behind the counter think they’re funny by changing the name to “Luigi” thinking they’re cool referring to Mario Bros. It’s disrespectful and tasteless. I told the cashier “it’s Mario by the way” his friends who also work there started all laughing. This happened 11/1/25 at 2:55pm drive thru. Making fun of someone’s name is trash.

I ordered butter burger and fries. Food was fresh cooked, well prepared and delicious. Service was fast, correct and friendly. The restaurant was very clean and well organized, but missing atmosphere.

all the other food was great however i asked for a four piece //tender// basket and got three tiny tenders and one that i will call a nugget. for the price of a four piece tender this is not cool man. these are the size of tenders I’d expect from the kids meal, not a value basket. i really hope im the odd one out but it is disappointing to come home only to discover I’ve been shorted on what i ordered 🙁

Having had the chili the second time in a month., it is the winner in the area for chili. Consistently good thick, you can add sour cream and onions to it. The green peppers is tasty inside and gives it a unique flavor. Add a little sour cream and crackers and you got a good meal

Great customer service. Reliably tasty food and shakes ( love the fries!) Also there was an anti-mask incident involving unsupervised teenagers and it was handled quietly and immediately. The staff did a wonderful job of protecting the health of their staff and customers.
