It was hot and fresh but had absolutely no flavor. The flies in the lobby were fighting me for our food. A lady was using her raw hand to clean the tables and chip gum off. I was happy to see her cleaning but not go from cleaning to passing out samples to eat. The cookies are gross. They don’t make them in store but still they are terrible. The area was very clean. The cashier couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her so I ended up getting a sandwich my number because I was hungry and just wanted food by then. It just wasn’t a fit for us. Then trying to get napkins was a act of God. The lady said…. I gave you 2….. Just no.

I loved the California Sandwich and the service was outstanding. Anayeli and Julie were incredibly kind; Anayeli offered to toast the sandwich to our liking, brought our food to the table with a smile, and even gave us coupons at the end. Truly impressive food and service. Thank you, Anayeli and Julie, for reminding me that there are still people who do their job with excellence.

The people who run this restaurant HUSTLE. Always great customer service and the food is delicious. It’s in a Walmart, but unlike previous restaurants that have been here, it’s always clean in the dining area. Love the Philly Cheesesteak and mozzarella sticks.

The employees were irritated as soon as we walked in 40 minutes prior to closing: we never received a receipt and kept getting numbers yelled at us and telling us that we needed to know our numbers. We were sitting while waiting on our food and the employee started picking up chairs before closing and closed the gate saying they were closed. 7 minutes before closing. We kept saying we didn’t have a number so we didn’t know and she kept repeating the number over and over, we repeated louder WE DONT HAVE A NUMBER WE DIDNT GET OUR RECEIPTS. So she started getting disrespectful. We understand you want to go home. We do to. We waited 50 minutes for our food. The service here was horrible. We also received not even a handful of fries with our meals which were combos. We Recommend eating here sooner in the day rather then later employees are irritable closer to closing time!

Wings and fries are always good and hot it’s the one inside of Walmart on Roosevelt Boulevard in Monroe and they are very nice and quick I always eat here

Ordered 10 wings(5 lemon pepper, 5 teriyaki) cost $15 and change which is normal price for wings today. Both flavors were together in the box smh, there was barely any teriyaki sauce on them or any dry lemon pepper seasoning. My wings were very bland and tasteless. You can see how plain they look in the picture. The drums were tough and I couldn’t eat them, they needed to be fried longer but the flats were done. If I eat here again I’ll have to ask for extra extra seasoning or sauce because these just taste like plain meat.

The taste of the food was good tho they were very skimpy on the amount of chicken & fries. The cashier was very nice but the managers that’s making the food was beyond rude acting as if they didn’t choose this place to work. 2 guys were seated waiting on fries that never came out even after telling them he was still waiting they told him ok and still no fries after 30 mins he went to the counter where he still had to wait again at the counter before he got his order.
