The chicken wasn’t that dark flavorful fry. It was very light or under fired. Kinda disappointing. I did place my order online but when I got there no one greeted me or asked if I had been helped. I sat out there by register for at least 10 minutes before anyone asked what I was waiting on. And at least 2 employees had walked in front of me. But the food is what was most concerning for me.

Not a bad place overall but avoid getting the famous bowl. 3 times now i have gotten only 4 little pieces of chicken, a few corn with a tad bit of gravy. It’s mainly potatoes. Quite disappointed. If I wanted a container of mash potatoes, I would have asked instead of getting a famous bowl.
The cheese curds were good though.

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Where do I even start. When we were ordering, we ordered cherry pie poppers and were advised it would take 3 minutes. Okay, whatever that’s fine. As soon as we placed our order, we waited 5-8 minutes to get to the window. After we got to the window and paid, they told us to pull up and they would bring our food out. At this point I’m wondering why they didn’t even try heating them up while we waited in line? But whatever. So I sat there for about 10 minutes before I went in to figure out what was going on with my food. No body came up to me for about 3 minutes, then when they did they were like oh, let me check on that for you. Meanwhile all I could smell when I walked in was weed, which whatever, if you smoke cool, just don’t do it at work. They weren’t busy at all and in fact, they had people waiting for what reason? I have no idea. Anyways, after waiting 25-30 minutes total I finally got my food. I really wish I never went to KFC. The chicken was burnt and old, the poppers were barely hot, and the Mac and cheese was disgusting. Fast food is supposed to be, ya know, FAST, CONVENIENT, semi good. Never going to KFC again. Over priced, slower than molasses, and no even edible.

I saw a commercial for KFC’s new item, the Dunk It Bucket, which includes two pieces of KFC’s Original Recipe tenders, five mashed potato poppers, fries, one dip cup, and two gravy dip cups. There are options to add more tender pieces as well. Curious to try it, I decided to check it out.
In the past, I had experienced longer wait times for my food, so I was a bit worried. However, I was pleasantly surprised when my order came out in less than a minute.
The commercial advertised three cups of sauces—two gravy cups and one of your choice—but, instead, I received a 2 cups and a prepackaged sauce instead of a cup. No big deal, though; I still enjoyed the meal. I recommend to give KFC another chance to try the dunk it box.

Worst KFC ever, food wasn’t filled, sodas were all out and we’re missing food. Not to mention them not even giving spoons for it. Most likely the reason the place is always empty. Need better staff for sure.

Horrible service. The most nastiest manager I have ever encountered. Went there a few weeks ago and I was missing half of my order. When I got home called up there. She told me the next time I visited they would reimburse me for that. Went there today. She gave me nothing but attitude and claimed it never happened and refused to take two steps to grab a drink carrier. Proceeded to hand me drink after drink with an attitude telling me they didn’t have a truck come in. The next worker came to the window with two drink carriers for me. Not only did they fail to give us all of our food on our first visit, now they are claiming it never happened.

Placed order at 2:55pm was asked to pull ahead for a 3 piece tender meal and 5 piece tender meal. Went inside at 3:10pm to ask where my order was. Was told the fryers just heated up and it will take only a few minutes to cook. What is going on here? Employees have no idea what’s going on. This place is a joke.
