We went for lunch after shopping. The young lady who took our order was so friendly and had fantastic customer service! Her name was perfect for how patient and helpful she was!! I had asked for a burger that they no longer make, not knowing it had been a limited time thing. I was going to order something else, but she said it was no problem at all, and they could try to recreate it. It’s not often that we get to experience a great hamburger with world class customer service, but this was that occasion!

Take your time at the drive through window and check your bag thoroughly before driving off. This can save you some time and gas. As it stands right now, burger king is perfectly happy to allow the customer to suffer a loss of time and gas as a result of a mistake by the employee. I’m not mad at the employee. We all make mistakes. Since I have learned that any mistakes made at this burger king will just cost me more of my time and gas, going forward, I’m going to stay right at that drive through window, and thoroughly check the contents of my bag before driving off, on the off chance that I visit this place again.

My family came in on 6-29-24
Nasty restaurant & even nastier food! We all got different things & all was gross. Hubby got the classic melt, daughter got the bacon cheeseburger, son got 2 whoppers & I got the chicken fingers. We were all complaining how gross it was. My daughter got sick & was up all night & most of today having tummy troubles. I asked for 2 ranch and lots of ketchup but because I only got a 4 piece I could only get 1 ranch. If I wanted more I would have to pay for it. I asked her “as nasty as this place is you want me to pay for more ranch?” She said it was policy of the store. I guess there’s no store policy on cleaning that nasty place. Also, we were the ONLY people in the restaurant. Look for the pics I will include.

Ordered on Wednesday. Got home and had someone else’s order. No big deal – called the store and spoke to Casey, who said to come back and get a replacement when I could. Came today (Friday) to get it. The lady was rude and basically called me a liar (twice) even after Casey confirmed what I said was true. Gave me the order (my fault for not checking it after the first time), I get home after my 30 minute drive and find out they didn’t even give me everything. Called the store and asked for manager. Was told to hold and then was hung up on.

First time to this Burger King, I now know what it was not busy. My wife and I were the second customer in the place. They were unbelievably slow, stopped for a quick breakfast and sit down. We ordered a number one and a number three breakfast and the hash brown / tater tots were way overcooked. When I brought it to their attention and ordered another order of them properly cooked they charged me again. I asked for some napkins and they told me that all they had were paper towels in the restroom feel free to grab some. I asked for some ketchup and salsa it took forever to get it I stood at the counter I guess nobody knew where anything was. I must admit the croissant sandwiches were very good.I can only hope that soon things will get back to normal for them to where they can take care of customers when there’s very few there to begin with.

BEST BACON KING I’VE EATEN
I usually don’t bother to go out of my way to write a review on a fast food franchise regarding anything because people typically know what they’re in for when they go to places such as Burger King.
HOWEVER… That’s not the case today, who ever the cook was at the date and time of this review deserves a promotion and pay raise; matter of fact just give them the damn keys because the quality of the burger that I received was top notch,l; from the assembly, freshness and most importantly the taste. When I choose Burger King I’m in the mood for that iconic flame broiler taste and that’s exactly what I got today. Kudos to this location

Food prep area: very thick grime buildup under stations can be seen from the customer side of the order counter.
Dining area: food and stickiness under all tables, sticky grime on window sills, empty tables were not clean.
Bathroom: no paper towels, overflowing trash, dried poo on the toilet seat, sticky floor.
At one point everyone was standing around chit-chatting when they should’ve been cleaning up around then since it was so bad.

It’s one of the cleanest Burger King restaurants in Oklahoma. I was starving. The food was great. Service was quick. A meal was $7. Not bad. I’d eat there again

The nuggets are TINY. Theyve never been like this and they’re HALF the size now, 8 nuggets 2.99, and teeny tiny. They also forgot our fries and really had to double check my bag after just bagging it 2 minutes before.
