Never get delivery from this location.
I have a sick kid, so I ordered delivery at 5:55pm. It is now 7:35 pm and the food has not been delivered to our house.
I have called and sent texts to the driver twice, and he has not answered the phone, nor responded to the texts. I have called the restaurant, and no one answers.
This is absolutely unbelievable.
Maybe tomorrow I can get in touch with a manager and get my money back.

I have dietary restrictions so I always make a lot of modifications to my items, and they never mess it up here. I’m always coming at night and the late night staff is always very kind and fast, and get my order right every time! I come to this Taco Bell, even though it’s farther, because the people working rock 🙂

i’m very disappointed in what i received. i ordered through the app per usual and went through the drive through to pick up my food. i did not check the bag because i shouldn’t have to, and drove all the way home to see that there was barely any meat or cheese in my taco. i ordered nacho cheese fries and there was maybe 7 fries that came with it. i also ordered a cheese quesadilla which was cold. im so disappointed.

The food is always good, but the service is ridiculous. Not to mention you can’t even order with a human being unless you go through the drive through. The employees act as if you’ve slapped them in the face if you ask for anything at the window like hot sauce….which they never provide in the bag. Do better with your attitude, the customer is who keeps you in business so don’t be rude to them.

I would give it a ‘0’ star if I could but I won’t get recognized on here otherwise. I ordered three crunchy tacos and a XXL grilled stuffed burrito with steak. These were the smallest tacos I’ve ever had in my life not only were they the very smallest taco shells but they had barely enough meat to maybe cover the bottom of it and no more than that. There was no cheese except for a couple little strands and hardly any lettuce. I’ve gone through this store before and they had ran out of lettuce. worst tacos I’ve ever had from a taco Bell. And the one time they don’t give you a receipt… they’re usually glad to give you a receipt with the 1-800 number on the back for a survey for that particular store but they didn’t even give me a receipt. I understand why now because they were the absolute worst. I go to this taco Bell a lot but this was absolutely the worst. I tried to call them and they would not answer their phone. Food is good and the store is pretty clean. Their service sucks on the other hand. I ordered a beefy fritos burrito and a mini shredded chicken quesadilla and my boyfriend ordered the crunchwrap box and our food took at least 15 mins. The employees weren’t that friendly too.

I’ve lived in Lexington my whole life and have used this specific Taco Bell since they moved from the old location where cookout is now. The team they had tonight was hands down the best team they’ve had. Quick, accurate, super respectful and just a bunch of very kind young men! Food was great and service was better. Great job!

they were EXTREMELY slow. came here to pick up a doordash and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes just to be told my order would be started after 2 people get their orders. don’t waste your time the tacos probably taste bad anyways

Just say NO to this location! How the heck do you screw up a number one combo? Not to mention the false advertising. Do you see a Nacho Bell Grande in the ad board? This is what we got after ordering what looks like Nacho Supreme and we were told the picture on the menu is Nacho Bell Grande….which isn’t even you there. On top of that, we paid 50 cents for extra schredded cheese which they forgot the first time, when confronted about it, this is what we got sprinkled on top of the food. Drink machine is horribly out of balance with all carbonation…..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

If you’re looking for lackluster service, and lukewarm kind of maybe imitation Mexican food, this is your place. From them having to correct my order that I placed at the speaker to what they gave me at the window, and what I actually received, it was everything I expected. No wonder people wait to eat here until they are stoned.
