I usually have good experience with the baristas but in this location a guy at the window (red headed, glasses) , honestly was not friendly at all , and this first time I gave it the benefit of the doubt but went a second time and got the same energy , I do have a strong accent and just by ordering I can see how he got frustrated and the. Whe I paid he took the card reader super fast and told me my card decline when that wasn’t the issue, honestly felt so unwelcome I took it out of my fav location , sadly, because it is very convenient whe I’m in my way to work , but now in I would rather spend a couple more minutes and drive to another location.

They are so nice here and welcoming and I believe it was the manager is so kind. My son dropped his cake pop right after ordering and just gave him a knew one. They are always so kind here. The drinks and food is always good! I love how on busy morning running the kids to different schools I can place an order online to pick up fast. They always have a line and they are quick!

The service is overall great and the baristas are nice but the quality of the coffee is a hit-or-miss depending on who’s working and the time of day you order. About 7/10 times, they’d either mess up my order or it’s just make badly overall (i.e., making the frappes liquified to the point they’re essentially just iced coffee with melted ice)
I still continue to come here because it’s the closest Starbucks to where I need to be half the time and mostly because the people are pretty nice despite the iffy product quality the convenience factor is a strong pull.

Update to managers response: I’ve done that. But how many times do I have to call for a refund or park and walk in to get a drink remade? Too many times at this location. Do not recommend this spot at all.

I’m military and have been to several Starbucks all over the country. This Starbucks is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve had busy with. 8 out of 10 times the drinks are made wrong. I’ve had to go inside after a drive thru order almost every time I visit this store and have my order remade. Unfortunately, this is the only drive thru Starbucks in Fountain. The drinks are half ass made every time. Just to name a few, they don’t add the correct amount of espresso shots, only put a dot of whipped cream on the drink or their whipped cream isn’t sweetened. Thankfully Dutch Bros is now available
