Today I picked up my order.The pizza was covered in too much garlic I explained to the lady named Eva Ivan idk I ordered the stuffed pepperoni pizza there are two options like in the photos that I show The regular one that does not have anything and the Stuffed Crazy Peperoni that has parmesan and garlic butter as it says in the description of the photo I showed her my phone the app etc I explained to her and she started arguing with me and fighting she said that nothing appears to her in the kitchen I told her to show me and she said they had already turn off everything at 10:20pm I told her exchange the pizza for a cheap pizza because my children do not like garlic since it was not little garlic it was a lot the pizza was WET she said it will take 25 minutes and I said ok and then she said NO the oven is already off she said the app its one thing and there is another It’s not true because I’ve never had any problems with my orders . She said she’s been working there for 25 years. Now I understand why she’s stuck in that job because she’s an arguer. She didn’t give me a solution, just kept arguing.

When I am super exhausted, and last minute dinner is to be a fast pizza , definitely I go to little Caesar’s on Blanco and Basse. They will make what I need within minutes. It’s as much as a frozen pizza at the store . For Little Caesar, they do a good job. I’ve tried a couple of other pizza chain places near me and it just always has some kind of issue . I got the ultimate supreme and a pepperoni and bacon cheese sticks. I got home still fresh and hot. Cheese still meltingly on the pizza . Cheese had a great pull like a pizza should . But the grease wow ! Lots of it. I wish something can be done about it. It still beats out the issues that I keep having with other pizza chain restaurants near me . So if you need a very quick pizza , at a low price I have to recommend Little Ceasers . I’ve had to many issues with other places

I went it no one greeted me or even acknowledged I was there I saw a manager hurry out to the restroom then I finally make eye contact wit the guy at the register although he had been there the whole time with about 5 employees talking loud in the background they had no hot n READYs at all he said 10 min wait I said ok I pulled out money and he didn’t even bother to look in his register he just said NO change! Rude, plenty of employees with no work being done obviously!! I can understand if they ran out of hot and ready and they had some coming out the oven but they didn’t even have any to put in the oven!

I went in here and tried to make friendly conversation with the cashier while I was buying my overcooked and old pizza and he didn’t say anything to me or respond and basically ignored me like I was some kind of idiot. Customer service was more than crappy. The pizza has obviously been sitting for a while because it was stuck to the box. Zero stars if I could.

Went through the drive through at 6:01 and was told it would be 10 mins so park out front and my food would be brought out. I was brought out the wrong order twice. By 6:25 I just went inside and they had my food sitting on the counter. Not even under the heat lamp nor in heated box. Meanwhile as I wait for the line to die down to get my food I’m throughly entertained by management yelling at their delivery driver. Poor guy idk what that was about but why not see the ever growing line in both your lobby and drive through and manage that chaos before holding screaming match in your kitchen for all to hear. I’ll opt drive to a better location next time. Smh

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Came in today for a hot n ready that should’ve took about 2-3 minutes to buy instead I was stuck waiting 40 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza the skinny little kid and little girl that were working the register were SUPER RUDE they completely ignored me and were to occupied talking and giggling with each other when I FINALLY placed my order I waited A LONG TIME!! Ontop of that I saw the person in the back place my order on the shelf and it sat there for almost 15 minutes while the employees laughed it off and joked around. IT WAS COLD TASTELESS AND A WASTE OF MONEY !! Do not come here

I usually go to Pizza Hut and no other pizza place however, I was tired and hungry. I went through the drive-through and found myself speaking to one of the most patient and sweetest young girl whose name is Jasmine! I asked her so many questions and she answered each one without sarcasm or sighing. I was stunned at her politeness, as I don’t see much of that thess days. By the way, the pizza was delicious. I noticed that Pizza hut has cut back on product and the sauce and is no longer what it used to be. I will return to this place as long as I get Jasmine!.

I hardly ever do reviews for chain restaurants, but this place deserves a 5 stars. This is the busiest Lil Caesars I’ve ever been to. When I visited, there was a long line inside and in the drive thru. The workers stayed organized and calm no matter how unruly the customers were acting. I only waited around 8 minutes for some cheesy bread, and it was the best I’ve had from Little Caesars in years. These workers dealt with all the chaos like seasoned industry workers. Bravo!

Ordered 2 classic pizzas and while eating the 1st slices my kid found a hair in there slice. So I threw the whole pizza away. I called but according to the Manger they can’t do anything because I threw the pizza away. I live out side the loop to go all the way back plus my kids were so grossed out they refused to touch it or even eat the Second pizza. he wanted me to check the 2nd pizza the hair was between the dough and the cheese near the crust how do you check a 2nd pizza never buying pizza here. Not worth the price to expensive so I can eat hair.but I took a picture while we trying to figure out if was a hair.

Employee at the drive thru was acting like someone was forcing him to be there. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Shamelessly rolled his eyes at my mom when she asked for dips and Parmesan cheese after she had paid even though she had her card in hand so she wasn’t expecting it to be free. Usually have very nice interactions with a usual employee but this time it was a complete 180. Please put willing employees at the window
