Staff was warm, friendly and welcoming. At this particular location we only had Blizzards and they were done perfectly. Great location next to a very small regional airport and the large glass windows offers that view. However, this location needs a serious upgrade, especially the interior which is very dated….looks like 1995 or greater. Some ripped open chair seats. Exterior could use some TLC as well, a large pot hole in their parking lot was filled with water and it lacked landscaping.

We ordered chocolate malted shake and a cookie dough and snickers blizzard. The shake had very little malt and the Blizzar was pulverized so you couldn’t see any toppings (I think they did that so you couldn’t see how little they put in there). I am so mad at myself for not asking for my money back.

Semi busy day at DQ on my last visit, I dont come here often but I was in town and had a gift card. I was kind of disappointed there were a bunch of employees but there seemed to be no system in place as the line barley moved and it took a while to get food. The food was ok the burger wasnt that great it was definitely a pre made frozen patty but I was starving and needed to use the gift card.

1 star only because there isn’t a ZERO. My family was just humiliated by the person that “runs” this store. She raised her voice and made a scene because we ordered 2 pecan mudslides LIKE WE ALWAYS do and we got “turtle blizzards” (which I didn’t even know existed cause I’ve never ordered one). When we brought this to her attention she told us well that’s what you ordered so that’s what you get. She then informed us we are wasting her time and money to go away. We agreed to go away without the icecream we wanted but wanted our money back. After giving us our money back she continued to call out my daughter for pretty much being “stupid” and not knowing what she was ordering. Accusing us off intentionally wasting her product) Even after I asked her to be kind cause my grandchildren were watching she called out my pregnant daughter and mumbled things I couldn’t understand as she stared at us with a death stare. Think it’s worth noting that she had just scolded the girl working the drive through (and in my opinion humiliated her too) right in front of us. There’s NO ICE CREAM IN THE WORLD worth dealing with this human ever again. Buyer beware.

The combo meal I ordered came with a free sundae. When I went back up to get my sundae both men behind the counter acted like I was trying to cheat them. They were quite rude!

I ordered my food and had a coupon. I handed the cashier my coupon which was on my telephone. They dropped my cell phone laughed about it. They told me my coupon wouldn’t work so I said OK but do you just realize you dropped my phone and now my screen is cracked and that’s about a $200 fix. I explained to him that it was unacceptable for him to drop My Phone in laugh about it. He then proceeded to laugh even more even after I repeated myself and said this is a $200 fix that you cause because you dropped my telephone and laughed about it. I asked to speak to manager was told they were busy. I didn’t wanna cause a scene in store as there were children inside the store at the time so I said OK I will call later to speak to manager. I waited 20 minutes. Call to speak to manager got hung up on several different times. Called corporate told corporate what happen Hopefully corporate takes care of this as I now have a phone screen that is broken. Not only that the service was terrible in the food was way overcooked. The fries were soggy my bread too. My burger was so hard. I couldn’t even bite into it and I didn’t realize this as I was upset about my phone so I was worried about getting home.

We visit this location often but tonight may have been the last time!!! Went through the drive through and was rushed at the window. Guy at window was handing me two blizzards and kept one in his hand until I gave him payment which is fine but did not scan my phone cause he was in such a rush. Then gave me the oh well look. Gave card back with no receipt. Got home to find over an inch of empty space. It would be nice to get a full cup for the price.
