When I called Pizza Hut on 7 Mile at Farmington in Livonia, it went to an 800 number which is the main number for Pizza Hut and then they disperse their orders. Well this main number I ordered on Saturday at about 12:00 noon and what the main number person did was put my order in where I wanted and correctly but they put it in for the next day. Why would I order a pizza on Saturday for Sunday.? That really upset me. The pizza was not ready because 7 Mile and Farmington Pizza Hut thought it was for Sunday and of course they would because that’s how the main number the 800 number put it in as. I’m not upset with Pizza Hut at 7 Mile and Farmington. I am upset with the main number. It’s ridiculous that I can’t get through to the single individual Pizza Hut that I wanted. Why would I call a particular Pizza Hut? It goes to an 800 number. I don’t understand that and I’m very upset with the 800 number. But the pizza was delicious. We waited for it to be done. And I know they were very busy and they went and made my two pizzas in the breadsticks for us. That was very nice of the individual Pizza Hut to do that considering how busy they were.

I used to love pizza hut. My experience with this store is they do not fully cook the pizza. I’ve ordered twice now with the same results. As for Pizza Hut the company their customer service is now horrible. The automated message you get when calling the store is loud obnoxious and repeats with 0 seconds breaks. They transfer you to a call center that is clearly outsourced since they barely understand that I’m calling to complain. They keep asking me if I want to order. 3 people later someone understood but couldn’t get the store to pick up.

Worst pizza I’ve ever ordered out. Not what I expected from Pizza Hut. I was an assistant manager there in my 20s, and I love pan pizza Supremes. I decided to get a pizza on my 71st birthday. The pizza was cold to lukewarm, overly dry, and basically tasteless. I had to force myself to eat two slices and then I decided to throw the rest away.

I got my order in the cart on the app, but I could not get the cart to check out so I called and placed the exact same order and it was a lot more money. I told them when I got to the restaurant and the person just stared at the screen and said that’s how much it is with no explanation of the difference. When we got the pizza home, it was not very good. The breadsticks were hard..
I will never pay that much for sub-par again bye-bye Pizza Hut

Order pizza online, paid 7.19. But bank show 8.19. I went back to get 1 buck back. I have both receipt and email. They say I gave as a tip. I didn’t click tip. If you order with no tip added, you should check your account to compare.

Horrible experience ordering a delivery. I placed an order. An hour later I had not received my pizza or heard from Pizza Hut. I click on track the order and it says my order was canceled but my debit card was charged. Multiple phone calls and I finally connect to someone at the store. I’m told “oh we are making it now.” When asked why I wasn’t told to there would be a delay (it’s already been an hour) and I’m told “we are short staffed.” The woman offers to refund my order without me asking for a cancellation. She says “it will take 5-7 business days” to receive a refund.
I’ve placed multiple orders to this location and have never had any issues. Unfortunately there are many pizza places that will gladly take my business and will contact me if there are any issues with my order.

I experienced technical issues placing my order online, so I had to order in the store. They don’t tell you that the prices are more in store. So, for a large pepperoni online it is 10.99 in store it’s 18.00 the manager was rude and refused to credit me due to the inconvenience or even offer a free pop. I will never come back here.
