Food was okay. The place a was extremely loud. We went during lunch and honestly was not enjoyable. My girls had a sea bowl and it was not good. My mom and I had the Mojarra and it was done well. Rice was tasteless. The waitress was very nice.

Our Server Julian spend our whole meal in the restroom took her a long time to come get even our drink order. When she did we never seen her again once she dropped them off and got our food order till the food came THEN SHE DISAPPEARED AGAIN! We needed our drinks refilled, my Daughter had to eat her whole meal without a drink. We waited a while to get our check and finally my daughter went to use the restroom and Julian was in there on her phone. I waited about another 10 minutes and just went to get hostess just to get her to get my check and some boxes. When the server did come back out, my check was wrong. She didn’t charge me the lunch special price so she did fix it once I said something, she also forgot to put our drinks on the first order, but sure did make sure she put them on the second one. That’s not a big deal I pay for what I get but you only did it because I Ask for you to fix it and so the estimated tip would be greater.. PEOPLE COME HERE IN LUNCH AND NEED TO GET IT AND OUT DURING THIS TIME…

The minute you walk in you can feel the the beat of the music. The music may be a bit loud and a few technical difficulties with the sound system. The waiter was super sweet and helpful. We got free chips and salsa. Food was a little different than just tacos and fajitas. We ordered these sizzling shrimps surrounding an incredibly cheesy and spicy sauce. It was good. You may want to use your tortilla or chip to scrape off the remaining amounts. I would say it’s a great drinking spot with your buddies but don’t expect to hear each other talk when the music is playing. You may as well sing along.

At the door security asks if you have any weapons. It is a bit of a night style club restaurant.
The atmosphere is pretty good. It was a bit packed but we had space for ourselves.
The best plate was the ceviche with pulpo. The shrimp cocktail was basic to say the least. Tasted like a bag of defrosted, cooked shrimp dropped in cocktail sauce. The tortillas are authentic, and the fajita plate smelled delicious. I did have a few bites of steak and chicken. Not too bad.
The Micheladas are more sweet than savory and the shots are likely 1 Oz shots instead of the standard 2 Oz.
The ceviche and show was impressionable. The bathroom was a bit worrisome.

The salsa had great flavor, it’s one of things I’m picky about and I really enjoyed it. I had the Mexican flag plate, The frijoles were good, they had great flavor. My friend had the Carne gusiado. The drinks were way bigger than I expected. I’ll be back.

Staff is attentive and friendly. Drinks and food came out quickly. Music is way too loud. Little kinks hopefully will get worked out with time, such as plates to eat off of or refills with drinks. Doors blocking the kitchen would also be nice so there isn’t conflicting music.

Place was a little loud but everything else was great for a busy Saturday. The lady and Man manger(I assume) running around the place were kind after having an issue with another customer being rude to their server navy and I felt it needed to be addressed. Sat by the kitchen and close enough to the bathrooms that I didn’t need to walk a mile and the open space was a great concept . Food was delicious and I’ll definitely bring my family next time, not just a friend.

This is a fantastic restaurant. The owners are family and they treat you like family! The food is incredible and the margarita’s (Rock’s only, salt rim, lime NEVER FROZEN) is the best I’ve ever had. My favorite dish (pictured) Molcajete Gomez! The meat was tender, juicy and flavorful. It has chorizo with cheese was spicy but not hot. And the white rectangles in the lava rock are chihuahua cheese… Ulysses, the owner tells me it’s made from real chihuahuas. 😉 Tastes great! And truly great pricing and a fun relaxing atmosphere.
