This place was severely understaffed. It totally tainted my love for the franchise.
Ordered at around 6pm and waited 20 mins before heading over, but still waited 15 mins to get the food. Usually, they have kitchen in the back taking care of mobile orders, but here, the staff working the counter also works on the mobile orders. Meaning, they were forever prioritizing the walking-in customers. So the people who ordered ahead just stood there, waiting for a staff to come over who was too busy serving the walk-ins…
Also, so much stuffs were running out, even though it’s suppose to close at 10pm. I got a bowl of sad sad food, with dressing I don’t like, and barely any vegetable. Mushy rice filled half of it. Not to mention, the place was dirty, unattended. People were piling their garbages on the table because no one cleaned the cans. The tables were all dirty as well…
I really took the Exchange Place location for granted.

not to glaze too hard, but i travel all the way from queens just to get cava. the spring street team was so kind and welcoming, especially the manager who let me try different items before i picked my choice of meat. please open a cava in queens, specifically one this nice!!

between classes, so I decided to stop by this location during my work break today. The staff was so friendly and patient, even when I took too long deciding, since it’s been a while I went there. I really enjoy Cava’s food, though I do find it a bit salty for my taste. Their pita is always a favorite, and I never skip the blueberry lavender drink. I find it refreshing and not overly sweet. Their drinks are good. Another perk I appreciate is that if they’re out of something you order, they’ll give you a gift card.

Went around 8oclock. I’m thinking because the cava is in this area that we are going to get spectacular service and food. I suggested Cava to a friend who’s never had it and this being the first impression was underwhelming. We were literally getting scraps. I’ve never been to a Cava where they weren’t overly generous with the food portions. I literally got one baby scoop of rice and minimal chicken. My pita chips are not soft like they usually are. They’re hard and filled with oil. cashier ended up switching me and a friend’s bowl, even though we paid separately. Very dissatisfied.

The service was very friendly, especially since it was my first time trying cava. It had a similar vibe to Chipotle, and you could add various toppings to your bowl. The selection of toppings was okay, but I enjoyed my bowl nonetheless. The only downside is that there are only four seats available near the window, and the tables are never really cleaned…

Horrible Customer service, almost every girl in this establishment has an attitude. Name tags should be added to uniforms so proper reports can be made to management. They will make you wait 15 minutes for a mobile order instead of accommodating you while you’re in the store. Would not allow me to get on the line and pick up my order because my order said it would be ready in 15 minutes…a kids meal at that. not sure what difference standing on the line like everyone else for an order i already placed and paid for made??? horrible, she then proceeded to start talking trash to her co worker right in front me. Just Unnecessary behavior and has happened multiple times!

I usually stop by here on my break & it’s never a dull moment! The staff is attentive and kind, the food is delicious as well! I suggest this to anyone who wants a good meal with a nice atmosphere

This is hands down the best location I have ever been to nationwide, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Always recognize me, ask me about my week or weekend and remember my order. They are always going above and beyond and this location and make sure that EVERYONE receives the same kind of amazing service. The food is always fresh, the wait is never too long and the space is always clean. Nia, always has the brightest smile when I walk in and makes sure that my order is made with care!
