I had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Service was fast, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere was clean, well organized, and well maintained. When I asked for veggies for my burrito bowl, they refreshed the vegetables instead of scraping the bottom of the pan without being asked. There was plenty of parking, and the staff were friendly, professional, and greeted me with a smile. The flavors tasted authentic, and I’ll definitely go back. Highly recommend this location.

All I’m going to say is I have never been served so quickly EVER a day in my life! I just remember hands from every direction and then BOOM… 30 seconds later, a receipt was going in my bag. We found it soooo hilarious!! I’m not even sure it really happened, Lol…. I’m still looking around like “what just happened”. Andddd my order was PERFECT and tasted phenomenal! Haha, thanks for the great service!

Food and portion was good but did not like how the manager was yelling at the cashier and his team to go faster. There was a line less than 7 people and yelling at your employees to hurry up and criticize them when they are bagging up food is unprofessional and rude. The manager was wearing a navy blue jacket and white beard who was just pressuring his employees instead of helping them. That is not an acceptable way to treat your workers.

The service I received from an employee named Maria was extremely poor. I politely asked her to place a sauce in a separate bag. Instead of responding professionally, she became visibly irritated and aggressively tossed the sauce into another bag. The reaction was unnecessary and completely unprofessional for such a simple request.
Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable, and I felt disrespected as a customer. I spoke with the manager on duty, who confirmed her name after I asked.
Customer service is a big part of the dining experience, and this interaction fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses this behavior so other customers don’t have to experience the same treatment.

On top of that, I had to remove all the soggy spinach and replace with some I had at home.
Chipotle needs to either go back to decent portions and find friendly staff or go out of business.

Disappointing experience at this Chipotle. Two major issues:
1. Food safety concern: Watched beef fall into the veggie section. When we asked for fresh veggies, they gave us some from another line but didn’t replace the contaminated ones. The supervisor’s response? “Sometimes it just falls in there.” Not okay.
2. Poor food quality: Our burrito was a mess. Ingredients were just slapped together, and it fell apart while eating.
Expected much better from Chipotle. The lack of care for food safety and quality is alarming. Will think twice before coming back.

I do not recommend this particular location if you’re ordering on the app and you get it delivered. Every *single* time that I have ordered from them and got it delivered (or I picked it up after ordering from the app) there’s always something wrong with my order. They don’t give you extra protein or the extra toppings (ESPECIALLY the lettuce) if you ask for it. You asked for brown rice? You get white rice. You use a free item reward from the app? They dont put it in your pick-up or delivery bag. I would recommend going to a different location if you’re ordering it to be delivered, or just order it in the store so you can watch them properly make your order.
I don’t know if they’re doing this to the delivery orders because you’re not there to watch them as they make it, but it’s very irritating.
