I used to be a general manager of a restaurant, so I don’t leave bad reviews lightly. However, there was nothing clean about this place or polite about the staff. It seemed like this level of filth and poor service was just normal here.
The only “clean” seating was outside. My steak bowl was cold—veggies cold, meat cold, everything cold. Actually it was just “warm” which is actually the issue. We also got a burrito, and the tortilla was touching the employee’s shirt while it was being made. Cross-contamination risk was through the roof, and even the checkout area was filthy.
We each took about 3 bites and left, after spending $34 on a meal for two. Absolutely not worth it. We should have gone to Texas Roadhouse across the street instead.

Absolutely terrible experience. The menu said the quesadilla was $5, so I ordered two. Somehow that turned into $25 at checkout. The menu was confusing and hard to read, which feels intentional at this point. If your prices aren’t clear, that’s on you, not the customer.
On top of that, the customer service was awful. I stood there waiting to pay like I didn’t even exist. No acknowledgment, no apology, nothing. Just rude and careless.
Between the misleading pricing, unclear menu, and terrible service, this place feels like a scam with tortillas. I will not be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy being overcharged and ignored.

Very busy place, the line was backed up to the door as u walk in. Few people ahead of me got out of line and left(didn’t want to wait).
The line did move along very fast.
It is just extremely busy because the Packers training camp is going on today.
Ordered up the steak burrito today. Eveything was very fresh.
As stated earlier, very busy in the store today. The tables showed it. Nothing was washed down or clean.
The trash was all full. The floors really needed a good sweeping and wash.
I would recommend this place even though they were super busy because the food is always consistent and fresh.
If u don’t want to deal with the long line, order ahead off the app.

Super busy with a line out the door, they got thru it pretty quick though. Lots of items needed to be refilled. The place where you pay had an absolutely filthy counter. The reason for the low ratings they overcharged me for a burrito. It was a vegetarian burrito with no guac or queso- they charged me 19.00! I was too tired to even deal with going back, but make sure you check your receipts before you leave. They also charge extra for guac and queso on your burrito if you choose to get it, and I don’t like their salsa selections at all.

used to come here last year. had great workers and good food service and nice atmosphere but then they start hiring those people and the service had been a mess and insane i had gotten yelled at by a female because she didn’t know how to do there job. hopefully they get this place together

Terrible experience. The music was so loud that communication with the server was nearly impossible, and frustratingly, the server seemed irritated by this. The cleanliness of the venue was unacceptable, with food crumbs and sticky soda spills on the tables and chairs. The floors appeared as if they hadn’t been swept in years. The lack of sanitation was evident, suggesting that a visit from the food safety authorities might be necessary. Eat at your on risk!

Honestly I’m always so disappointed when coming to this location. My chicken is always cold like it’s been out for hours, and they are so stingy with their fixings. For the amount of money I spend for my meal(s) I shouldn’t have half a bowl full.. The workers could have better customer service, by being more welcoming. Sucks cause this is the closest chipotle from where I live but will now be driving across town to avoid this place as its an occurring issue but no issue at other locations.

I’ve just experienced the worst customer service ever at this Chipotle. I’ve been coming to this location for more than a decade, but tonight was absolutely disappointing, zero out of ten. One of the young ladies working on first section on 10/23/25 at around 6:55 PM was extremely rude and unprofessional. I won’t mention her name here, but her behavior was completely unacceptable and not what I’ve come to expect from Chipotle.
