I’m not a huge steak guy. But I wanted to try a really high quality steakhouse before I finally gave up on steak forever. Well it’s safe to say ironwood changed my mind on what a good steak is and to give it a chance when I can. Karissa was the one taking care of us and she really made the experience that much better. She was quick, kind, and seemed to go above and beyond. Can’t wait to come back, one of the best places I’ve had service and hey, I can say I like steak now!

Looking for above average meal and the reviews here were good. I’m sure glad I listened to those reviews. It did not disappoint. The braised pork shank was to die for, simply amazing. The steak was equally outstanding. The onions and button mushrooms were game changers. The smoked pork belly bao was outstanding. It had some very unique ingredients. Service was outstanding as well. The view of the golf course was pleasant. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

My husband and I went here on a date this past Friday, and unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. Our waiter was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. However, the food was another story.
We started with the deviled eggs, which tasted like straight mustard. For my main course, I ordered the short rib, and it was so salty I couldn’t get through more than a couple of bites.
The atmosphere was nice and the service was great, but neither could make up for how bad the food was. We likely won’t be returning.

Ironwood Steakhouse deserves every bit of a 5-star rating! My boyfriend and I had an unforgettable dining experience, thanks to Chef Chris Demith and our wonderful waitress, Tiffany. We started with the pierogies and pulled pork slider appetizers, which were so generously portioned that they could have been a meal on their own. The pierogies were my personal favorite, and the blueberry barbecue sauce on the sliders was a delightful surprise. For our main courses, we enjoyed the short rib and the special chicken and shrimp over polenta. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. The Parmesan fries were a hit with my boyfriend, and we finished our meal with the crème brûlée and the peanut butter pie—both were divine. Tiffany was kind, personable, and attentive throughout our meal, making us feel right at home. We initially visited because of a gift card, but we’ll definitely be returning. It was an absolutely stellar experience!

I was so excited to go here and when we arrived the parking lot was full of other customers. Remind you we had a reservation for 6pm. Walk up to the doors and bam. They were locked with a note on the doors saying Due to unforeseen circumstances Ironwood is closed. Wow really no email or call to inform your customers that you guys were going to be closed. Almost ruined our wedding anniversary but thank the Lord looking up on Google and found Steer Barn Steakhouse. Highly recommend Steer Barn Steakhouse

From the outside, it appears you are just visiting the country club on the golf course, but the moment you set foot inside, it feels like a big city elegant restaurant. It’s a great place for a romantic dinner, wedding reception, or company dinner.

Had a terrible experience with service. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time, but definitely the worst. Was part of a large group. We were told we couldn’t order off the menu and could only get the special – because our group was large and the person who made reservations specified that we would all order the special (burgers). Our reservation was for 6 pm. We ordered at 6:15 pm. We were served at 7:20 pm. The two other tables in our group had eaten and paid before we got our food. Actually, I think every table in the place was served before us even though most arrived after us. After telling us our food would be out “shortly” (twice), several of us finally asked for it to go. I’m still frustrated about the service the next morning, our waitresses rude responses and the fact that we still were charged 20% gratuity. The only bright side was that the food was good.

We threw an 85th birthday party for my mother on the Felton Patio and in the 19th hole. We are so pleased with EVERYTHING!!!! Jaime, the contact made it simple and care free and nailed every detail. Tiffany and Mason were our bartender/helper and they did an outstanding job. Tiffany took care of every little detail and completed tasks that were on my list for me to do, without asking. Mason was at the ready to help us and our guests never went without food and drink and they kept it clean and helped us make it look so great! What a wonderful place to throw a party. We had about 35 ppl. THE FOOD!!!!! The food was very tasty and plenty. We had so many compliment son how good the food tasted. So happy. THANK YOU! We are so lucky to have this spot in Tiffin. Nice places to eat are few and far between in this town. I don’t want to eat chicken chunks at every dinner when I come home. Keep it up! Incidentally, the people complaining bout the atmosphere…this is prob on e of 2 nicest places to eat in Tiffin. The atmosphere is great.
