do not come here went to their drive-through clarified my order Twice and got my food, it still had mustard and pickles on it that I did not request.

This location absolutely sucks at customer service and quality food. I was at the drive thru ordering screen for over 10 minutes waiting. Eventually I put in my order and it was right on the screen. I pay then pull up to the next window and grab my food and over half of my food wasn’t in there and missing my drink. I wasn’t upset and kindly asked the young woman for the other half of my order but the MANAGER did not want to give me my missing food. Claiming “we are busy we don’t have time”. Which I to her I paid for it and showed her my receipt and the bag of food yet she still didn’t want to hand me my food but luckily the young lady ignored her manager and handed me my food. When I got home I found all my burgers were very burnt. I ended up eating cereal for dinner tonight:/

Fries are not fresh, if you ask for fresh fries they will redrop the fries that were given. The older grey haired lady is a complete liar!. She stated why would she do that but she in fact did!. I will not sit and argue with no one. So here is your review Mr. Mcdonald!!

We’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a long time and the one consistent thing about it is the service is always questionable. When they added the dual drive-thru, how many times have I pulled up to place my order only to hear them take only orders from the other side while I sit and wait? Order is usually correct. Employees are generally friendly, but there are times when attitude is the order of the day. The building has been converted to a mostly drive-thru, so the reason for the low “atmosphere” score.

My husband and I came in for breakfast yesterday and everyone was so friendly. We ordered from the kiosk. Food took a little longer than expected but the employees were very friendly and let us know what the wait was on and that they were sorry for the wait. Very friendly employees, clean dining areas and overall good service.

My teas were expired and tasted horrible. My sandwich was made incorrectly which made it inedible for me. I tried to call this location and it didn’t even ring. Says they don’t have a vm set up. This always happens here and it’s exhausting. Only came back because my kids begged Ava us the closest McDonald’s. Eat at one of any of the other fast food restaurants.

The line is usually long and slow moving so i just go somewhere else (unless I have no choice).
Food quality and order accurateness are always good. I’ve only had issues with service speed.

The restaurant was in poor shape, very unclean feeling as well as freezing cold. Water puddles around the restaurant one had a caution sign on top.
The fries were stale and saltless, and the two cheeseburgers came out with old cheese and a stale bun, as well as missing the onions. When asked to be remade, the simply took the bun off and put the paddies on new buns. They still did not put more onions and it was missing the pickles and condiments.
Will not come back.
