I have one request and I think many will agree. The cookies and cream milk shake is amazing but the straws are not cutting it. Even though the milkshake is perfection the thin regular straws ruin the experience because they collapse and it’s hard to get the delicious cookie crumbs through the straw. I know this is a first world problem but just my 2 cents. You still get 5 stars.

They consistently accurate, friendly, very quick and food is hot ( or cold as needed, shakes, etc.) and delicious!! I am always amazed at their efficiency!!! I wonder why other fast food places don’t use their system.

We had a last minute get together with our church community group and we walked in in Nov. 1 at 8:30am and asked if they could make us an 80-count chicken mini’s platter. The manager checked with the kitchen and said they could do it within 15 minutes! Not only that, but when the food came out she included tongs and sauces without us even asking. Amazing service and we felt like we were no inconvenience. What a great team!

The order taker guy was fantastic! He’ll go far in life! Very professional and super nice! We ordered mainly the pretzel chicken sandwiches. 1 out of 3 didn’t like theirs. It was the grilled chicken. She gave it to me. Wasn’t thrilled but wasn’t disgusting. Processed chicken, but what do you expect? Did have the charbroil grilled look.

Had a fantastic conversation with a gentleman in the mid way point in the drive thru, I didn’t catch his name because it was dark. He apologized that my name was misspelled, which really is no big deal, made some great conversations about coffee and coffee shops.

Went to grab lunch and the new cups that were just released. Got 2 cups and one package was completely opened the other had a hole in it. Disappointed that you don’t get a fair chance in getting a golden cup. Food was good like always!

We stopped here for dinner and had the chicken sandwich with sweet tea. This was just like all the other Chick-fil-A restaurants we have visited. Food was good, service was good and you always got the “my pleasure” after being helped. Restrooms were also clean. Another great experience at a Chick-fil-A location.

If i wanted burnt eggs id cook them myself. This has happened several times at this point. Thank you for once again ruining my breakfast since I had to eat it after seeing that at work. How hard is it to turn the heat down and cook them properly.
