I can personally attest that this location has incredible foot traffic and a highly engaged customer base. After some ‘community advertising’ was posted in one of the stalls, I received dozens of inquiries within 24 hours. The reach here is better than a sponsored social media post! Management was eventually able to clear the ‘ad space’ for the next person. Five stars for visibility! (Thanks again Hector for begrudgingly removing my number from the handicap stall!)

If you want what you ordered don’t stop here, i live in the area and within the last month I’ve been 6 times and 5 times I did not receive what I ordered. The staff always acts like it’s beneath them to communicate, can never hear the person on the speaker. Not disappointed because I expect this type if behavior from this McDonald’s

Went in and ordered through the kiosk and took 30 minutes when someone ordered after us and had their food right out. I asked for tea since the one in the lobby was out took another 10 minutes before getting it. Staff in there was absolutely rude. Will never be back ever and honestly don’t know how there even open with staff being so rude and the store is not clean at all

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. We went to for breakfast and ordered on the kiosk. There was no paper so didn’t get a receipt. We waited 30 minutes for our food. We saw our food sitting in the back and one of the workers called our number and said they were waiting on hash browns. Our food just sat there and when we got it the food was lukewarm. I them had to wait at the counter for 5 more minutes to get missing drinks and hot sauce. The staff was yelling at each other, they were saying the drive through time was getting too backed up. Would never go back

Worst McDonald’s. Waited 30 minutes for lukewarm food and order wasn’t complete at dine in. Very slow, unmotivated staff. 0 care about customers. Money grubbing owner needs to step it up. Reaching out to corporate too.
Update: filed complaint with corporate, states they would reach out to regional leadership. After reading historical reviews, do not foresee much improvement.

Order through the kiosk and the machine did not print a receipt. How am I supposed to tell what my order is? Yelled at across the lobby that the macchiato machine is down. Rude employees when asking what food and order was available. Will not be returning.

Took way too long to get a 10 pc with fries. Person taking our order was either rude or always confused, either way it was a bad experience. Fries were overcooked and all tasted burnt.
