It was such a great experience to go to Red Robin. We all had burgers (of course) . They were cooked to perfection and the fries were great. Our server was so friendly and attentive. She asked us for refills frequently and constantly checked in on us. We were there for lunch and it was a great visit. We will definitely be back.

I stopped by Red Robin recently and unfortunately had a bit of a rough experience with my order. I had ordered a chicken sandwich but was given a chicken wrap instead, and my sweet potato fries were served cold, almost like they had just come out of the fridge. The only part of my meal that I really enjoyed was the coleslaw.
To be fair, I was already having a tough day before coming in, so when my food came out incorrect and cold, it felt like it fit right in with how things had been going.
That said, the manager was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, understanding, and quick to make things right. Not only did he take off the meal I hadn’t ordered, but he also comped our appetizers, which was extremely generous. We didn’t have to pay for the incorrect items, and I truly appreciated the way the situation was handled.
Even though the food itself wasn’t the best this time around, the customer service was excellent, and that made all the difference.

My food and experience was great. My service on January 29th 2026 was not. I was excited because I had just created an account for Red Robin rewards. My welcome deal was a free Appetizer with a 10 dollar purchase. Because I wanted to use before it expired my brother and I came to eat. And our service was great and very first thing I talked about was using my free appetizer with 10 dollar purchase. Tell me why I’m walked through it completely fine and I order my normal food later which is 14.99 and I’m told I have to pay the full price of my appetizer because my actual “10 dollar purchase” was a another “offer” or “deal.” An appetizer and meal I thought would be 17 dollars in total, ended up being $35 because we already ate the appetizer we ordered before my main food. Forcing me to pay it anyway pretty much. So please Red Robin make it clear that the “deals” at the bottom of your menu are deals. They have been there for months… they aren’t limited time deals or offers they’ve been there for 1 year now.

We visited this location recently and had excellent service! The bar tender was helping out and served us even though we were not seated at the bar. He was excellent at making sure we were taken care of! The food was hot when it came out and he stayed on top of refills the whole time. Thank you for making our lunch fantastic!!

I love Red Robin’s burgers and overall food selection. It’s generally easy to get a seat and you can order delivery too. The staff are friendly and responsive in my experience. You can also pay at the table. The cleanliness could be improved, especially the bathrooms but otherwise it’s great!

We love this place. A non-pretentious place for non-pretentious burgers. Good value food and very tasty burgers that actually look like they do in the pictures.
So many Loudoun County restaurants are cashing in on (often artificial) “exclusivity” and “luxury” and charging an arm and a leg for mediocre food.
But not this Red Robin and we hope it stays that way!

We enjoy coming here as a family. It’s a good price point and we always have received great service. The food is pretty good, not fancy, but good. They have great deals for kids and bottomless sides. When a family of three can eat dinner for around $40 it’s always a win!
