Only person sitting in the drive through. They still need a min before taking my order. Someone pulls up in the other lane and still orders and gets to go before me. And the my order comes out like this. Not rush hour, not super busy, had a few people there but NO WHERE NEAR a lunch or dinner rush.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered lots of food today including a cheeseburger and found a hair inside it. This is basic food safety, and the fact that this happened is disgusting. I threw all the food away and lost my appetite immediately. This shows a serious lack of hygiene and quality control. Management needs to take responsibility and fix these issues because this should never happen at any restaurant, especially a major chain. DISGUSTING I’m never coming back to Macdonald and especially this location ever again

It’s like nobody wants work at McDonald’s today. Service was super slow and we received someone else’s food mixed with our order. Lastly, it made the birthday boy sad getting the (wrong) not-so-Happy meal.

It was crazy busy. I drove to the drive-thur window. I had to wait 3 minutes longer for a special order, but it was incorrect. I waited again unti the server returned with my corrected order. I went to go get lunch while my husband took his cancer treatment. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Both our burgers were too salty. My main complaint is though, we were not given any napkins or straws. The staff were young but friendly, but they were swamped. I liked the price, but nothing was exemplary to recommend this resturant over another, except the location was convient.

While traveling through Bossier City, La, I pulled in for a quick meal at the McDonald’s right off Airline & I-220. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder Meal. I pulled to the 1st window, gave the assistant my debit card, watched her as she swiped, she handed me my card with a receipt but I didn’t look at the receipt to confirm the correct charged, pulled to the next window. The assistant started to give me 2 beverages is when I advised that wasn’t my order, should only have a large coke and confirmed my order. I was then advised to pull forward and my order would be right out. A short time later, another assistant approached my vehicle informing me that my debit card declined, I said, no, I saw the lady swipe my card. That assistant advised she would be right back. Soon afterwards the 1st assistant who took my payment appeared at my vehicle and inform me that she never swiped my card but accidentally handed me another customer’s receipt. At that point, I looked at the receipt and noticed it was for $25.60 (always take time to confirm your charge). Immediately I accessed my online banking to confirm if there was an actual charge and sure enough, there was a charge but not for my $12.60 meal but instead, a charge for $25.60. I decided to go inside to get this matter resolved. Immediately I was informed that there was an error made with my order and was charged the wrong amount. I was given a receipt that showed a refund for $25.60 had been applied and for the confusion, I was handed my initial meal at no cost (customer appreciation). BUT, wait, let’s not celebrate yet. A short while later after I got back on the road, it was time to enjoy my meal is when I was faced with yet another surprise. There was NO double quarter pounder but a basic regular hamburger (ketchup, cheese, & patty). You gotta love how those employees appeared to go above and beyond for I guess we’ll say customer satisfaction. After that employee’s sccew up, she never intended to give me a free double quarter pounder meal but instead decided to be-little me all the more by switching sandwiches.

My drive-thru visit was extremely disappointing.
While I was greeted and told they were ready to take my order, the service quickly deteriorated. After placing the first item, there was a long, silent pause—I had no idea if they were listening or not. They eventually asked me to repeat my entire order, which was frustrating and added unnecessary time to the process.
Overall, the drive-thru was very slow. Compounding the poor communication and slow speed, my order was incorrect (missing small fry) when I finally received it.
This location needs to drastically improve its communication, speed, and order accuracy.

Never again will I go to location! It’s way too many young workers in there laughing and playing around with each other instead of providing customer service! This particular location is the absolute worst! Get better employees to represent your established and not have workers there that want to play all night! And have people waiting on their food for 30+ minutes!!! Oh and then my daughter and other customers got their drinks without lids! Just ridiculous!

Everytime I order 4 or more items, there is always something missing. Last night I was missing a cheeseburger. The staff is always friendly but I think they get overwhelmed and forget items during busy times.
Food is always fine and love the play area! The whole place is very well maintained and they clean very well.

Ordered breakfast through the app, checked in before 10:30 am. Got to the speaker and was told that I had to cancel my order, because they was not making breakfast anymore, it was barely 10:30. Now have to wait 1 to 7 business days to get my money back. I have been in this location numerous times and held my tongue, because young people need jobs too. But when you go in as for door dash they treat you like garbage, employees sitting on top of the tables with their friends. All of them are playing. Manager does not come out of the office. As a customer my orders are never right and as a door dasher Im getting chewed out by the customer that their orders are not correct.
