I don’t like leaving review but this was the worst experience I ever had. We ordered our food got to the window and 10 minutes later had to repeat my order my receipt time stamp 12:09 am. About 10 to 15 minutes later he came back to the window asked me if I paid, I told him yes but haven’t got my food and had to give him my receipt so he can make my order. We got our food at 12:27 and the guy at the window asked me to check and confirm my order because the manager doesn’t know how to count? while my wife was checking our order she told me everything was cold. I told the guy working the window he said I’m sorry but can’t help if you like to remake the order you have to wait. When we got home and sat down to eat food was cold, the been and cheese didn’t have the red sauce and No cheese and the been was cold. When I told him I was disappointed he said that he was supposed to got off 2 hrs ago and and the only thing he does is hand out the food. I didn’t even eat all my food we thought it way because it didn’t taste right. This will be the lost time I’ll will be eating at Taco Bell will be deleting my app to. Taco Bell has gone down hill.

This location probably has the most consistently inconsistent chicken cantina tacos. It’s extremely frustrating and I’m not sure why I keep bothering.
Spouse went through this evening and got me 2 of these (they get a Mexican pizza). It used to always be that they forgot the sauce inside, and/or didn’t get the cheese grilled on it, but lately it seems the new issue is broken tacos with almost no filling whatsoever.
Started eating the first one and was thrown off by all the shell and not much contents. Opened up the second one (since it was already broken) and there was hardly any chicken with only a dot of the sauce in it.
When they’re made right they’re delicious, but at $3.49 a taco it really shouldn’t be such a gamble whether it’s gonna be any good, and I’m so tired of even trying.

I’m honestly just writing a review because normally every Taco Bell is overall just your standard & most of the time can be hit or miss. This one, no. Hits EVERY TIME, & specifically the service is just 10/10. Every time I have come even just in the drive-thru, the workers are always so kind & I believe it is the manager who is always telling funny dad jokes that I absolutely love. It’s just a nice experience every time when you don’t tend to have that kind of experience with every other TB.

Ordered a classic stacker. Happened to look down after almost finishing and saw what appears to be mold on the tortilla. I called the location to advise and was hung up on. Unbelievable!

Terrible. Paid extra $5 for additions to my order…didnt get any of them. Called at least 5 times to try and get them to correct it, they unplugged the phone. Husband had picked up the order, said they were completely dead, so it’s not like they were too busy to answer the phone.
We all know Taco Bell is trash. But it doesn’t have to be. Never going to this one again.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this location compared to others. Fast service, staff is always friendly, food is fresh and not messy. The gentleman at the drive thru window tells you jokes to pass the small wait times and the lady inside at the counter on 12/31 was very nice and friendly to my young daughter

They play jokes with your food. I’m so over Taco Bell. Understandable on why they are getting sued. You pay extra, and not only do they not give you extra, they rip you off completely. This is every single location. This one in particular decided to get creative I guess. Totally done with TB.

The employees here have no customer service skills. If you hate your job that much then leave. I won’t be back to this Taco Bell and recommend others to avoid it. Also just through away a 3 bags of cinnamon twists when I noticed the girl working the window dropped them on the ground and gave them to me anyway. Now I feel stupid for being polite the whole time.
