As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Maybe the pandemic changed fast food too much, I don’t know. Frankly I’ve never been a fan of eating in my vehicle, but you can always go here and grab a few bags of Bufords to take home.

I ask for extra tartar sauce the reason was because when I asked for it they never do so when I got our sandwiches they where sloppy drowned in tartar sauce The meat wouldn’t even stay on the bun so we end up throwing ours away it was just ridiculous and that was in Conway off of oak Street never would go again not down there.

We were the only customers that showed up around 8:20 pm and we got a bacon chicken sandwich. Chicken was very hard. Bacon was not cooked right. Sandwich was poorly put together. The workers working were laughing and cutting up jokes while we were waiting just for the sandwiches to look like this. I work in food industry myself so complaining is something I don’t like doing. But this was not edible.

Overall a great experience! The (I assume) manager offered a free drink to us when there was a wait on our rather large order. In total we waited about 8-10 minutes or so on fresh, delicious food. One of the best Rally’s out there. The ones in Little Rock don’t hold a candle to this location.

The food tasted mediocre at best. I’m currently writing this review from toilet that I’ve been stuck in for at least 2 hours after eating their Chili Dog and I can tell you, I am NOT having fun, nor is my toilet. They also messed up my girlfriend’s order and she unfortunately has to suffer this abomination of a nose attack. Now unless your one true desire is to call out of work and be stuck on your toilet for 8 hours, I wouldn’t go.

My online order was ready when I got there. The young lady running the store was extremely kind and pleasant. The fries were hot, very tasty, and crispy. The burger was also very tasty and the bacon on the burger was perfectly crispy too! 10/10 y’all. Everything hit the spot! Way to go late night lady running the Rally’s tonight! You really got it going on!

I had a coupon on my phone that confused the attendant but after asking the manager to intervene, the problem was solved quickly. The food was fresh and delicious, no complaints at all about portion or food temperature. A suggestion I learned today, if you are using the app and trying to claim a reward but the barcode won’t pop up, the attendant will need to key in your phone number on the register and then you will get your reward. Hope that helps someone save some money and time.
