This is my first time at this Wendy’s location. we decided to stop here while on the road traveling to get something to eat and move on. We ordered through the drive-thru windows. Alley was very nice and patient with us while taking the order

Just sat in drive thru line for 15 minutes. All I wanted was a drink. Car in front of me got out of line. After sitting at the speaker 5 more minutes I said hello and a rather rude woman said please give us a few minutes. Our fry guy is behind and we are trying to give him some time. I said thanks anyway and left. I now see why they have a low rating.

This was the 2nd time we ate at this particular Wendy’s. Normally I love Wendy’s. This one has messed our order up twice now. The baconator had 2 strips of bacon! TWO that was it. No lettuce. We asked for lettuce as a bun and since they only have shredded lettuce I guess they thought we just wouldn’t want any at all! No mayo and the whole thing was put in a plastic container, good right? Well, if it wasn’t sideways in the bag it would have been OK!
The last time wasn’t much better. Needless to say. I was not happy with my jumbled mess of a BIT O’ bacon burger… baconator my butt!

We had a long weekend of soccer and on our way home we stopped at this Wendy’s for a late lunch. The young man at the counter was too busy fulfilling Doordash orders to take our order at the counter. My husband asked him if someone was going to take our order, and he stated that he was supposed to be taking our order, but was too busy doing Doordash orders; the kiosk would have been beneficial in this situation; however, it stated on the screen”we would be happy to assist you at the counter”, so that was not even an option either. So my family of four walked out along with another couple that had been waiting. Highly recommend new management as in my opinion, this was a managerial issue.

The food is Good obviously but everyone that works here seems so miserable. And doesn’t seem like they know how to use manners at all. Like if they knew how to use words like “your welcome” “thank you” “appreciate it” maybe they would’ve got a decent tip from me. They need to learn manners. Doesn’t seem like anyone ever taught them that.
